Hey guys! Had a good little back workout yesterday afternoon, worked before and after then played tennis in the evening for a few hours! Up at 5am today for a long day at work!

Been a long day with work – early work so pushed cardio to later in the evening
Days get busy when I have double up with work, but needs to get done regardless – i’m sure I can deffo improve time management to be even more efficient
Super tired, ready for bed. Full day with work again tomorrow – then a big session awaits in the evening

Hey buddy! I definitely think 20 mins a day is a great start. I do that atleast year round. Just helps my body wake up and start working! If you feel like it’s benefiting then you can always increase it too!

Morning everyone! Had a fairly chilled day yday! Managed to get hit a double tennis session, one in the morning then one in the afternoon! No gym again but going to make sure I get in there today!

Morning guys! Took a rest day yesterday but managed to hit a tennis session in the afternoon! Sun was absolutely blazing so felt really exhausted after! Watched Oppenheimer in the evening which was great! Up early today for a fasted tennis session!

Definitely keep using unilateral movements for your hamstrings until you feel the strength is evening up. I would try and prioritise these!

Heyyy! Had a busy long day yesterday! Went out to work in the morning and worked through until around 2ish! Hit a great shoulder session down at kings Crawley! Then worked until around 8pm! Didn’t managed to eat much food after training which made my stomach a bit upset! Up early today for work again!

Hey guys! Had a good day yday! Watched the women’s World Cup football final in town then came home and played a few hours of tennis! Was shattered after some came home ate and chilled! Was up late watching tennis so didn’t sleep for long enough so pretty shattered today!

Hey buddy, have you thought about having some meals of yoghurt, whey, overnight oats, granola, Ricecakes. These are all foods which aren’t going to leave any bad smells around the office that can easily be eaten at your desk.

Yesterday I went to work first thing then I had a really good arm session down at Muscleworks gym Orpington! Went straight back to work after then managed to catch the local derby of Sutton Utd vs AFC Wimbledon which was good fun! Popped out in the evening for a few drinks after!

Morning guys! Had a very productive day on Friday! Got up and worked then ate and played tennis for just over an hour. Hit a great chest session in the gym. Then hit the pool, swam for a little then chilled in the sauna for a bit. Came home and ate then hit a few more hours of tennis in the evening! Then ended up getting called back out to work!

Hey guys! Had a great back session down at physique warehouse gym yesterday! Filmed for James YouTube so you guys can check that out next week! Came home and ate then went and played tennis! Played for around 3.5 hours so was pretty shattered when I got home! Ate again and went to bed! Busy ass day today!
