Hey guys! Played tennis in the morning then went to work. Had a great shoulder workout with James at physique warehouse gym yesterday afternoon! Shifted some good weight, felt good. Went back to work after. Chilled in the evening then got called to work about 10pm. Went to bed after then got called out around 3am so woke up pretty fucked today!

Good morning guys! Had a good day yesterday! Got up early and done my fasted walk. Then worked for a few hours. Went to the gym in the afternoon and did a quad workout which was good. Back to work after then played a few hours of tennis after! Got called back out to work in the late evening so feeling a little tired today, and my legs are sore!

Hey! At this age I would probably just recommend doing Bodyweight exercises such as press ups, sit ups, pull ups if you have the facility and cardio based movements.

Morning guys! Back in London now! Had a great time away, very much needed mental break! Looking forward to getting some solid training in now. Weight was up a few kgs from all the pasta, pizza and ice cream! Out for my fasted walk this morning then heading off to work. Then going to hit the gym this afternoon and play tennis this evening!

Hey! Definitely go by feel. Wait until your ready to push for your working sets! I usually take a lot more warm up sets at the start of the workout then usually have very low or no warm up sets towards the end!

Morning guys! Had a wonderful day yesterday! Drive around the coast to palinura to a private beach which was beautiful! Spent the day there, found a nice quiet old cute authentic Italian restaurant and ate before heading back. Got back pretty late had gelato and went to bed! Last day today!

Morning guys! Had a great day yesterday! Rented a boat and drove along the coast front salerno to positano stopping at Amalfi on the way! Weather was great, swimming in the ocean. Food is incredible here. Really nice trip so far.

Good morning guys! Literally had around 2hours kips yday as had to be up at the crack of Dawn for my flight. Arrived in Italy early which was good and spent the day eating and exploring! Feeling super tired before bed. Managed to get a good sleep. Up fairly early today to head to the port. Hiring a boat to go along the coast!

Morning guys! Played tennis yesterday morning early and I was feeling pretty shattered. My legs didn’t wanna move they felt super heavy. Not really sure why I haven’t been doing much. I went to work after tennis then chilled in the evening. Up super early today for flight to Italy for a few days away.

Hey buddy! I’m not a huge fan of these. I don’t see the point in doing something chest supported if gravity is pulling you in the opposite direction of the load.

Yesterday I had a great tennis session in the late morning then I stopped for lunch which was nice! I chilled all evening as was feeling very fatigued so didn’t think training would be a great idea!

Hey everyone! Had a mega busy day at work monday I literally got home at 7pm and I started at 6am! So I sacked off the gym and hit a few sets of tennis in the late evening!
