    Hey guys! Went off to work yesterday morning. Was feeling a bit better! Deffo ok the mend! Managed to hit a good shoulder session with James in kings which was good. Then came home and chilled for the rest of the day! Up super early today as working in central!

    Hey buddy, I don’t think you need to be at a certain level of musculature to split your workout days. Through the majority of my career I pretty much always did a bro split and always got great results. From your workout above I’m only seeing 7 working sets of chest per week. I do around 18 working sets of chest on my chest day alone. So maybe think about upping your volume for the lagging bodyparts.

    Morning guys, again yday I worked most of the day but didn’t train. I was feeling a little better but thought it would be best to wait an extra day to train so I’m hoping to get in the gym this afternoon and hit some Delts!

    Hey buddy! I don’t like doing full sets with partial reps however I am a fan of using some partial reps towards the ends of some movements to help fatigue surrounding muscles that support during the end of working sets.

    Hey guys! I’ve been pretty written off since I got I’ll in Belfast. Back but trying to recover for severe case of manflu. Still been having to work but haven’t trained. Going to think about hitting a session tomorrow.

    Hey buddy! Sounds like a bit of a complex approach for my liking. Try keep your step count consistent and good consistent. I wouldnt want too many daily changes/ adjustments. May make things hard to progress.

    Morning guys! Had a long day yesterday at the funeral in Belfast! Managed to eat 3 times during the day so wasn’t tooo bad. Got delayed which was a pain. Started to feel a bit unwell also! Got back home about 1am feeling rough! Slept OK and up early today for a busy day at work but I am feeling pretty ill, manflu type symptoms. Gonna rest from gym until I’m better. May hit some tennis later if feeling upto it.

    Morning guys! Had a little tennis session yday morning which was good! Then shot off to work done a few jobs! Hit a nice back session down at kings after! Came home and ate then headed to airport. Flew out to Belfast for a family emergency. Didn’t manage to eat much food after that.

    Hey buddy! Good question! I don’t see it as popular now but when I started bodybuilding many years ago a lot of guys used sustanon and I’m not sure why! It was always the sus and Deca combo that most old school bodybuilders would use off-season! I haven’t used it too often but when I have I have pinned 2 or 3 x weekly.

    Hey guys! Productive day yesterday! I had a busy morning at work then I managed to hit a good chest session at physique warehouse gym! Then came home and ate, went back to work then I went to hit a few sets of tennis! I was playing OK! Was pretty tired after.

    Hey buddy! I have been training with 2 herniated discs for the past 3 years and it’s not ideal but I have found a way to live with it. Now, chest, shoulder and arm training is pretty much ok. It’s back and legs where your going to struggle. For legs I focus a lot on isolation movements as it’s easier for me to keep my core tight and not load my spine. Lots of curls and extensions. Leg press not super deep and not too heavy and I do do light hack squats. Now for back, pulling down movements are usually ok but with your rowing movements I would do them all chest supported, chest supported barbell, chest supported dumbells, chest supported t bar row. Anything your in a machine and not having to support your own Bodyweight plus weight is ideal, I don’t hip hinge at all.
