Morning guys! Got up early and banged a great arm workout down at kings Croydon yesterday! Came home and ate then went to a party, had a few drinks then came home and ate again and chilled in bed! Rest day today!

Hey buddy! I would say 0.5kg is a good amount to lose per week. On rest days I usually slightly lower my calories and increase activity slightly!

Morning guys! Solid day yesterday! Had a really busy day at work then managed to hit a shoulder session around 2ish. My front right Delt was pinching a little so I couldn’t go too heavy on pressing but still had a good little workout! Went back to work after then came back and played tennis in the evening! Got in late had dinner then went back out to work! Chilled for a little before bed watching tv!

Hey buddy! As sas has mentioned every diet can be different! So what worked before may not work now! Also as Clare has mentioned you have made some changes to your supplements which may have also caused this! I say keep pushing on and see if there’s any changes over the next few weeks!

Good afternoon! I had a mega busy day yesterday! I feel like all my days are mega busy haha! Anyway I started off with a fasted rehab session at the gym for my back. So core exercises, stretching and rehab for 1 hour. Came home and ate and went to work! Had a few meals then ate again and trained my back. Had a good workout! Had my post workout then hit 2 hours of tennis! Came home and ate a meal and then went back and played another 2 hours of tennis! By the end of the day I could barely walk! Ate and went to bed!! Up early today for a long day at work!

Hey buddy! If the ultimate goal is to be bigger here I would say push up, but slowly. Are you using Anabolics or natural? If you don’t push calories too high, add in some cardio you should be able to push up slowly without adding on loads more fat.

Good morning! Had a busy day yesterday! Chilled with neices all day, worked also. Played tennis for 2 hours in the evening and I was playing great. Got called to work about 9pm but got in around 10.30pm not too bad, ate and chilled in bed! Slept ok, up early today for a rehab session for my back. I haven’t done one in months so hoping to get that back on track!

Hey guys! Worked yesterday and had my neices most of the day so I knew I wouldn’t be able to train! I managed to get a 90 minute tennis session in the late afternoon which was good. Played a top level player and lost the first set 1-6, then won the second set 6-4. So a draw overall! Chilled in the evening. Got called out at 1am got in about 3am so I’m pretty fucking smashed today. Got my neices again so I’m not training today!

Morning guys! Had a fucking long day yesterday! Was up at 5am for work and literally got in from work at 1am today! I did however manage to get a little chest session in before being called out again. It wasn’t a great session I was preyyy exhausted and my food over the day was not consistent at all! Resting today.

Hey guys! Actually got up early and smashed a good arm workout down at kings Croydon yesterday morning! Had a fairly chilled rest of day. Movie at home in the evening! It was good! Up at the crack of dawn today for work in central!
