    Morning guys! Had a busy long day at work yesterday! Had a pretty big job on and my colleague is away so didn’t have any help! Got it all done in the end but finished up pretty late so no gym. Popped into town in the evening for a pizza at 50Kalo which was great. Will post a pic below! Up early today for my walk, working on central so looking to head off early and try get back in good time!

    Hey buddy! This is a subject I do not actually know much about and I definitely suffer from these effects also! Every since I was like 18 years old I feel like even if I go to bed and get a great nights sleep that I still wake up shattered. I’m also doing all the right things to try and stop this from happening. I think it may be stress related, my dentist says I grind my teeth in my sleep also so I must be sleeping very restlessly! So unfortunately not any help to you but wanted to let you know your not alone and if you do find something to help improve please let me know!

    Hey buddy! Personally I like to have fast absorbing protein and carbs immediately after training. Then eat a solid meal with protein, carbs and a little fat around 1-2hours after that.

    Hey guys! Had a busy day yesterday actually! Managed to get a great back workout in just after lunch! Then went back to work! Chilled in the evening playing computer games. Got called out of bed early this morning so missed my fasted walk.

    Hey buddy! I personally do around 16-20 working sets per workout and I’m training within 40-60 mins easy. Definitely add some form of cardio to help heart rate during rest periods. Also you may need to reduce load on your latter sets, don’t be afraid to sacrifice that to save time. I don’t think you should be in there for longer than 90 mins MAX!

    Morning guys! Had a busy day yesterday! Did my walk then went off to work! Didn’t manage to make it to the gym until around 7pm, I was very close to not going! However I made it in and had a great chest workout! Came home and got my last meal in and chilled. Up early today for my fasted walk!

    Hi Iain, how many exercises are in your workouts? I would probably opt for 2 working sets per exercise when doing a full body workout. Even if you lower the amount of exercises.

    Morning guys! Went out to work in the morning yesterday then popped into town for a quick coffee and some food shopping. Came back to watch the tennis which went on for nearly 5 hours. Then I had an off plan meal and watchied a movie and went to bed! Up early today for my fasted walk then heading to work and training after!

    Hey guys! Had a mega busy day yesterday! Headed into town with James for his guyno surgery. Successful op, James was happy after it was done. Chilled in town for a little then headed back. Went straight to work. Then to a bbq. Then back to work! Got in pretty late! Food was a bit all over the gaff. Had a shit nights Kip and went to work this morning.

    Hey buddy, personally I would prefer something like, chest & triceps, back & biceps, legs, Delts. However your split will be fine also. Just down to preference!

    Morning guys! Had a solid hit yesterday morning at tennis! Then went off to work! I planned to train afternoon but didn’t make it! Managed to get in after work around 7pm and had a good arm workout. Got home ate and chilled! Up early today but resting.
