Hey guys! Had a great day yesterday! Worked a lot in the morning then hit a good back session in the afternoon. Chilled for a bit then played tennis in the evening. Eaten clean all week so might do a check in tomorrow (every 2 weeks)

Hey buddy! I’m with Kuba here! I’m all for controlled movements! However I do think there is a limit. I think with anything over 2-4 seconds on eccentric or concentric will limit the amount of weight you can use.

Good morning guys had a good tennis session in the morning. Game is coming along well. Went back to work after then hit a great shoulder session in the late afternoon at mitcham kings. Feels good to be back in the gym. Chilled in the evening getting meals in. Up early today for a fasted walk!

Hey buddy! I don’t think doing stairs will hinder your leg gains! Pick which you prefer and go with that! Even if you want to switch it up daily will also work!

Hey everyone! Had a good leg workout Monday! First time in months! Felt great actually. I skipped tennis after and chilled at home. Yesterday I played tennis in the afternoon but had a mega busy day at work. So I skipped training and had physio on my shoulder in the morning! Was up early today got called out of bed to work then played tennis!

Hey guys! Had a chilled day yesterday! Popped into town for some shopping and a coffee. Chilled in the evening watching tennis. Had an off plan meal which was nice! Up early today for work!

Hi mate, the plan looks fine to me but in terms of it being a calorie deficit it’s hard for us to tell as we don’t know what your activity is like. Have you been following this for some time? Or are you changing from another meal plan to this one? If so what is the calorific reduction? Louis

Morning guys! Had a busy ass morning at work yesteday! Was working over in west London. Grabbed a coffee after then went to train at Energym West Ealing. Expensive day pass at £20 with no sauna and pool which I would expect for that sort of money. Gym was OK, pretty cheap unbranded equipment but still managed to get a a decent back workout in. Drove back home after and played a few hours of tennis then chilled in the evening. Rest day today. Hoping to get a bit more of a consistent week next week!

Hey buddy! I must admit I do agree with the guys here. However I will go as low as 4 meals per day. As long as it’s digestible.
