    Hey guys! Had a good tennis hit in the morning then went off to work! Had another hit in the afternoon which was good. Then went back to work! Went to the cinema at 9ish which was nice and relaxing! Got in pretty late. Up early today working out of the area!

    Hey guys! Managed to get a great chest workout in yesterday with Jordan Shallow The Muscle Doc! Awesome to catch up and train! Headed home after and ate, chilled with family and watched tennis in the evening. Was up early to play tennis this morning.

    Hey pal, in my opinion it depends how low. I never really like to lift below 6 reps. Obviously you don’t want to be doing that on every set but if you can still use the same weight for loading sets maybe back off slightly for the next sets and push those reps up!

    Hey guys! Another stupid long day yesterday! Didn’t make it to the gym as I planned. Worked all evening literally until around 11pm. I did manage to get a good hit in the morning though which was productive! Another super busy morning at work. Hitting the gym now finally!

    Hey buddy! Are you doing dumbell presses each week? If so I would suggest having different cycles of your workouts. So one week do DB Presses, the next week do something different like Barbell/ Smith Presses. Then rotate each week. You could even add a 3rd cycle and rotate all 3. That may give you time to progress that movement rather than hitting it directly each week.

    Morning guys! Had a busy day at work yesterday! Again had planned to train in the afternoon but got offered a good tennis his so went to play instead. It was a great hit to be honest very high level and lots of fun. It did piss down though so got absolutely soaked! Came home and chilled for the rest of the evening. Didn’t make it to the gym. I will get in later today! 🤞🏻

    Good morning guys! Had a busy morning at work yesterday! I planned on training but had a rough morning so skipped the gym and went home and chilled for a bit before tennis. Played for about an hour but my legs felt really heavy and tired so it wasn’t much fun. Got called out to work in the evening so got back pretty late and ate and played computer games for a bit then went to bed! Up early today for fasted walk then work!

    Hi David, if it was me I would do another cycle at 200mg test/ week. I don’t see any reason why you wouldn’t still progress on this dosage. Try and squeeze out as much progression as you can before adding more in.

    Hey buddy, if your goal is to be bigger then yes. You need more muscle all round. Try and keep your diet clean and keep some cardio in so you don’t gain too much excess bodyfat during this process.

    Good morning guys, had a fairly chilled day yesterday. Got called out of bed which meant I had breakfast pretty late! Popped into town after for a coffee and a mooch around. Then came home and rested before my tennis match. We lost our match unfortunately but I was playing super well so I didn’t mind the defeat, we was playing one of the top teams so a losss was expected but we did give them a run for their money. Came home and had an off plan meal and watched tv in bed. Feeling tired today, up early for my fasted walk.

    Hey everyone! Had an awesome arm session yesterday down at kings after work! Pumps were good! Got home and ate then chilled in the afternoon. I was going to play tennis but decided to rest. Went to watch some in the evening which was good. Up early today for work got called out.
