Hey buddy! Frequency for me depends on the esters being used and the amount. I usually prefer slow esters so I can inject at a lower frequency and I don’t use large amounts of Anabolics so I’m usually good with once maybe twice per week. In terms of amounts, it depends on your previous usage and what sort of stage your at with your physique. As Jordan mentioned if your 120kg lean then yes you may need a larger amount than if your 120kgs out of shape. Also what cycles have you used previously?

Hey guys! Had a great shoulder workout after work yesterday! Nice being back in my routine! Went back to work after then chilled for a bit in the afternoon. Hit tennis in the evening which was great I was hitting well. Ate and went to bed was feeling pretty tired! Up early today for work then hitting the gym!

Hey buddy! Definitely chest, lats, hamstrings are more noticeably lagging compared to the rest of your body but you do need added tissue all over in my opinion. What’s the goal here?

Morning guys! Had a good day yesterday, work was pretty quiet but I rested gym the gym. Had a mixed doubles tennis match scheduled for 6.30pm but it got cancelled due to injured opponent so we managed to find a replacement for a friendly. I was playing great we gone the game fairly easily. I hung around and played some singles after and I was playing very high level tennis it was awesome! I didn’t want to go home! Got in pretty late and had dinner and went to bed! Slept OK, up early today for my fasted walk then off to work!

Hey buddy! What’s your current condition look like? Also what’s the current goal? Also what does a low day look like for you? Do you also have a normal day or is it just high low high low? Why are you carb cycling? Usually when carb cycling I would use mostly normal days and low days and maybe one high day to begin with. Other than that the diet looks fine, the total protein looks a little low for me but the rest of it looks ok.

Good morning everyone! Had a productive day yesterday! Played an hour of tennis in the morning then did a 40 min walk after. Had a coffee in town with James then went over to Bodyheat gym in Caterham for a back workout with James and Nathan which was good. Came home and ate then got called out to work! Came back ate again and played some video games and went to bed! Up early today and it’s pissing down with rain so I’ll skip my fasted walk and do it later!

Hey buddy! I would suggest taking atleast 2 days rest per week. Maybe a good idea right now would be to do a body part split. Such as, chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms. That’s 5 days per week. 2 days rest. Then you can evaluate.

Morning guys! Had a great workout down at Bounce Gym in Wimbledon yesterday! Trained some chest and met up with Nick Kyrios Tennis Superstar which was cool. Came home and chilled for a bit then went into town for lunch with a friend. Worked in the evening then had my last meal and went to bed! Up early for tennis today!

Hey buddy! It depends how you want to approach things really. When I’m away I don’t track any food I just eat instinctively. Most of my meals will have protein carbs and fats as that’s usually what I like to eat. IF you wanna be super strict then you will need to prep your meals mate. Otherwise just chill and enjoy and make smart choices when you can!

Morning guys! Woke up yesterday and my arms were super sore! So I decided to rest. Got my fasted cardio done then welt off to work and got my meals in! Had a bit of a rough nights sleep last night and got up early to train before work.

Hey buddy! I’m pretty sure most of us bodybuilders all worked on increasing our Squat Bench and Deadlift while perusing bodybuilding. So just programme your workouts accordingly. Make sure your hitting food volume within your workouts after you hit your lifts.

Good morning guys and girl! Had a really good arm workout down at kings mitcham yestyday morning! Blood flow was insane. I really rate the TBJP Pumpage pre, it works really well for me. Came home and ate after. Popped into town then had my men’s doubles tennis match in the evening. Unfortunately we lost, just couldn’t get into any rhythm. Disappointed but it is what it is. Went home and ate after them watched a movie in bed. Got called out at 2am for work so I am absolutely shattered today! Up for my fasted walk then going to head to work!
