Morning guys! After moving the safes into the customers loft yesterday my back and legs were in agony! I worked in the afternoon also after. Had an off plan meal for lunch which was Persian again. Then chilled in the evening getting clean meals in. Up early today going to eat and train! Got a tennis match tonight!

Hey buddy! I would do one pull session where you focus on mainly rowing movements. Then use the other pull session to mainly focus on pull-down movements.

Hi Benjamin, I would take as much time as you need mate. Assisted or non assisted it’s not going to have much of an impact. Now I train for around 40-60 mins as that’s all I need to get in and do my training and get out. However I have trained for upwards of 3 hours before. Just focus on what needs to be done, get it done to the best of your ability then get on with the rest of your day.

Hey guys! Super busy morning yesterday. Done my fasted walk then ate and went to work. Managed to get a nice shoulder workout in just before lunch then went to the dentist! Had lunch and then went back to work! Chilled all evening getting meals in. Up early today, helping a friend move some heavy stuff in his house so not sure if I’ll be training or playing tennis today depending on how I feel!

Morning guys, did my fasted walk early yesterday. I was tired from being called out. Had a busy morning at work. Had to move a couple of 170kg safes and it was pretty hot yestyday! So got home pretty tired! Had my first off plan meal in the afternoon which was Persian food and it was great. Had a good tennis hit in the evening. Got home pretty late and ate my last meal and went to bed. Got called out in the night again I was super tired. Up early today as I have work this morning. Doing my fasted walk now.

Looking awesome mate well done. I think when you know you know. I would take atleast 6 months offseason. Then if you have the urge to compete do so. If you don’t then keep pushing up.

Hey buddy, I wouldn’t run PCT on that amount of Anavar. I’ve not run a mixture of Var and Dbol before as I don’t like to mix orals.

Good morning guys! Had a great hit yesterday morning. Started to loosen up a bit and was hitting fairly well. Went straight to work after. I planned to train some legs in the afternoon but I got stuck at work and ran out of meals so I came home and ate and then went to tennis in the evening. Ate my last meal then got in bed. Ended up getting called out in the night which sucked so feeling pretty tired today. Up early for my fasted walk. Been clean so far all week and feeling good. Weight has stayed the same but I think my body composition is already starting to change!

Hi Nick, depends what your goal is. If your goal is to get bigger then I would keep pushing weight up and keep trying to build muscle. This won’t come overnight so you will have to be working for some time. You’ve made good progress so far to keep doing more of the same in my opinion.

I think with powerlifting if your taking it seriously you should have specific powerlifting block programming. There are people out there that you can pay can write one out for you. Now in terms of accessory movements that would be down to you, I would say high volume within sets but lower volume in terms of how many exercises. Definitely worth speaking to a powerlifting coach.

Good morning guys! Productive day yesterday as work was pretty quiet! I missed my cardio in the morning as it was absolutely pissinf down and I didn’t fancy getting soaked. I went to tennis in the late morning and hit for 90 mins. Then ate again and went off to work. Came back and had another hit for 1hr in the afternoon which felt good. Came home and ended up going back to work. Got in early evening, ate a meal then went out and did the cardio that I missed in the morning. Had my last meal then made an ice bath. Did 2 stints in there to try and help my leg recovery then had a nice hot shower and went to bed.

Hi Ollie, I’ve never actually seen a Watson one before however I usually try and use the most vertical setting on back squats with a good angle on the foot pad depending on how good your ankle flexibility is so you can get some good knee and ankle flexion during the movement.

Hey guys! Diet went well yesterday! I will post it up below. Did 30 mins fasted walk in the morning then went off to work. Trained chest in the afternoon which was a great workout! Then played tennis in the evening and rest! All meals in and felt good. Up early today but it was pissing down so I skipped my fasted walk.
