Hey buddy, do you only get it when your using the elliptical in particular or is it with all cardio equiptment? Could it be a stitch?

Good morning guys and girls! Had a fairly chilled day yesterday. I actually got up fairly early and ate breakfast. Grabbed a coffee then went to the gym. Stepped on the gtm floor and my phone went and I had to leave immediately for work! Went out to work and then came home and played tennis for around 90 mins which was OK. I haven’t been hitting great lately but started to get better towards the end. Went to family event after which was chilled, then went back to work in the late evening. Got up early today to go for a fasted walk, weighed myself and I’m 86kgs. Which is pretty heavy for me so I’m going to try and bring that weight down.

Hey guys! Had a busy morning yesterday! Went straight out to work then hit a really good back workout. Came home and ate then hit a solid tennis hit for about an hour. It was on hard courts so my shins took a bit of a battering. Chilled in the evening getting a few more meals in.

Hey mate! I usually do 3 sets per exercise with anywhere from 6-10 reps on compound movements and 8-12 reps on isolation movements!LouisMoylan

Hey pal, if it was me I would keep Anabolics the same for now, drop your calories and increase cardio. Then when you come back from your trip think about increasing cycle and going into offseason.

Hi Alireza, I did trained in mixed martial for many years when I was younger and I didn’t have any joint pain, I’m not sure if that would have a negative impact on you now. Corinne would be a good person to ask as she is actively training in MMA and BJJ while still weight training. Some precautions I would take would be to supplement with out Join In & Osteo Pro products. These really help me a lot, I’ve been playing tennis at a good level and still training which is very harsh on my ankles, knees and elbow. I notice a huge difference when I’m not supplementing with these products so I make sure I consistently keep them in. In terms of recovery on your body, you may need to assess your rest or your food; or both. I wouldn’t technically count it as cardio as it’s dependant on the intensity of your workouts but it may mean that you don’t need to do any additional cardio, that will have to be monitored and judged over time.

Morning guys! I lost my match last night and to be honest I was really feeling down about it. It’s a game that I knew would be tough but I knew I had the capacity to win. The way I have been playing lately in training is of a great level but I can’t seem to transfer that level of play into competition match. I’m in a place also where I am motivated to train, I wanted to go to the gym Weds and Thurs but I rested because I wanted my body to be fresh for the match. Then to lose the match I feel like I’ve wasted that time. I didn’t get smoked it was still a close match but I know I could have won. I chilled after and watched a movie in bed. Anyways I’m feeling a little better today but I’m still a bit down. I’m going to eat, do a quick job then go and train some back. I’m debating wether to play some tennis later or take some time off.

Hey buddy! I like to go water 4:1 COR ration. Mix in a bowl with cold water. Then microwave in 30 second stints. Stirring each time until you get the consistency you want.

Good morning! Did some solid tennis training yesterday morning then went off to work! Met James for a coffee at lunch then back to work! Had another tennis session in the evening. Trying to get prepared for my match Friday evening. The heat is a bit rough so I’ve not been sleeping great. Up early today for work! Going to completely rest today so I’m at full energy tomorrow!

Morning guys! Another mega busy day yesterday! Got up and went straight out to work to try and get ahead! Which I did! Managed to hit a quick arm session around 1pm which was great, I haven’t trained arms in a while. Drove straight to tennis after and hit for an hour. It was very hot and I wasn’t hitting great, my legs felt heavy and tired. Went back to work after. Had dinner in the evening and chilled. Went to bed early then got called out to work at around 11pm. Got home at 1am so I’ve woken up pretty shattered today! Heading to tennis this morning then off to work!

Hey buddy! You don’t have inbetween dumbells like 57.2, 62.5 etc? These may make the jumps less harsh. However if your pushing 10+ reps with a weight you should be able to go up for atleast 4/5 really.
