Hey guys! I rested again yestyday! Worked most of the day. I did want to train but I knew I should rest my body for the match. Playing tonight.

Good morning! Did some solid tennis training yesterday morning then went off to work! Met James for a coffee at lunch then back to work! Had another tennis session in the evening. Trying to get prepared for my match Friday evening. The heat is a bit rough so I’ve not been sleeping great. Up early today for work! Going to completely rest today so I’m at full energy tomorrow!

Morning guys! Another mega busy day yesterday! Got up and went straight out to work to try and get ahead! Which I did! Managed to hit a quick arm session around 1pm which was great, I haven’t trained arms in a while. Drove straight to tennis after and hit for an hour. It was very hot and I wasn’t hitting great, my legs felt heavy and tired. Went back to work after. Had dinner in the evening and chilled. Went to bed early then got called out to work at around 11pm. Got home at 1am so I’ve woken up pretty shattered today! Heading to tennis this morning then off to work!

Hey buddy! You don’t have inbetween dumbells like 57.2, 62.5 etc? These may make the jumps less harsh. However if your pushing 10+ reps with a weight you should be able to go up for atleast 4/5 really.

Hey guys! Had a solid day yesterday! Hit a good doubles tennis match in the morning. Then went off to work! Worked all afternoon didn’t manage to make it to the gym but got back in the evening and played some more tennis. Got called back out to work so was pretty tired in the end! Up early today for work got a lot on!

Hey guys! Had a chilled day yesterday! Slept in a little and watched the tennis final which was great! Then done some meal prep in the evening. Very chilled Sunday! Up early today hitting tennis from 9.30-11am then off to work!

Hey buddy! What did you want to change? I think with time if you stick with that programme and your nutrition and supplementation is in line you can definitely bring your upper body up.

Morning guys! Had a solid shoulder workout yesterday! Went out to work first thing then hit the gym! Had a great shoulder workout then came home and ate. Went to a bbq had plenty of meat which was nice. Then chilled in the evening. I was going to play tennis but I decided to rest as was happy with my workout! Might hit some arms today!

Hey buddy, how are you looking? Do you look like your building muscle/ getting bigger? If your weight is dropping a lot then I would slowly keep adding calories in. Getting stronger in the gym is great but if your not building muscle in the process then you will need more food.

Hey buddy! It’s likely not fat if your injecting deep in your quad. That’s very strange. If it happens again maybe try get a picture of that for us to take a look at?
