Hey guys! Had a good day yesterday! I had a busy day at work and I got home pretty late in the afternoon around 4.45! I had a mixed doubles tournament match at 5 so I rushed there and played. We won the game in straight sets I was playing good! Went to work after then came home and chilled in the late evening! I was due to train legs yday but I didn’t want to be tired/ sore for my match so I skipped them. Another busy day ahead today!

Hey buddy! Maybe you need more calories mate. I weigh around 180lbs and when I want to gain weight I need to push my calories up over 5000. I would start with a food increase. The gear may be dodgy also but like hilly has mentioned you should see progress even without it. What brand are you using?

Hey mate, have you tried using 1kal spray? I find that it actually adds a nice crisp with just a few sprays. I usually boil them up to get them cooked, then give them a couple of sprays. Put some salt and pepper on them and then throw them under the grill to crisp them!

Good morning guys! Had a good day yesterday! Got up early and ate then hit a very solid tennis session in the morning. Went off to work. Then managed to hit a nice chest session in the late afternoon. Got home early evening grabbed some rice and chicken teriyaki then went to the pub to watch the West Ham match. Sank a few pinks, came home had a sandwich and went to bed!

Hey guys! Had a mega busy day at work yesterday! Managed to get a solid tennis hit in the afternoon then watched the Novak match! I was going to train in the evening but I couldn’t be bothered after the match so I chilled! Missed my alarm and slept in today but woke up feeling great!

Hey buddy! I don’t read into it too much. If I’m using I like to take it first thing in the morning. A lot of people split doses but I’ve never done that.

Hey guys! Had a very productive day yesterday! After my fasted walk I ate a meal and went to work! Then I hit a nice back session in the afternoon down at kings which felt great! Came home had another meal then went to play some tennis matches in the evening! Chilled after then went to bed! All food was in! Up early today for work.

Morning guys! Had a busy day yesterday! Played our first men’s doubles tournament match and won fairly easily which was good. So we’re into the second round of that. For the mixed doubles and singles as I lost both games will go into the plate category so the sub tournament goes on. Went to the pub for a few pints after then went to a bbq at my family’s. Worked in the evening then chilled a little before bed. Got called out of bed early for work today. Going to do a fasted walk then get some breakfast in.

Hey buddy! I would stay at a consistent dose of testosterone and inject 2 x weekly. Also I would only add in ai IF your experiencing side effects. Either or should resolve any problems I don’t think you’ll need both. I don’t see the need to run HCG during the cycle.
