Morning guys! Went to work yesterday then chilled all afternoon resting for my tennis match! Got myself really worked up I started to feel sick with nervousness. I did some stretching and arrived to the match prepared. For some reason I just wasn’t hitting well. I lost the match fairly quickly. I played a lot better in the second set causing some problems for him but I just didn’t manger to get my game going. Felt really disappointed in myself to be honest. I was expected to lose as he’s a much higher level player than me but I just wanted to put up more of a fight. Went to pub after and sunk 6 pints. Got another match today which is men’s doubles.

Hi Michel, there are many different ways of doing things. You must find the best way that works for you. I have tried all methods and high volume training worked best for me. However for my training partner low volume training worked best! So you need to spend some time experimenting on what works best for you!

Good morning guys! Travelled back from Paris yesterday! Got home in the early agternoon! Done a food shop and got some meal prep done. Played tennis in the afternoon then got home and chilled in the evening! Working this morning but going to hit a little arm session this afternoon then got an important tennis match this evening!

Hey buddy! I’ve not tried and tested these drinks but I’m not a huge fan of RTDs I like to weigh mine up from the tub and stick to whey isolate and EAAs to avoid extra additives and preservatives.

Hey buddy! I’m pretty sure Jordan listens to music soundtracks from movies like dune. I personally sometimes like something chilled like George Michael or Seal. Other times linkin park if I feel like I need to get fired up!

Morning guys! Had a great day in Paris yesterday! Had croissants, watched tennis, ate Madeleine and drink bare. Lots of walking around and seeing the sights! Very motivating to come back for my tennis as I have some important matches this weekend. I’m up super early today to get train back to London. No more travel plans yet I’m actually looking forward to getting my head down and into training for a few months!

Hey buddy! I tend to keep my protein pretty consistent during off-season and dieting phases. If your putting on good amounts of size then you can reassess your protein intake based on your weight when you have dieted down a bit.

Morning guys! Had a chilled morning yesterday as work was pretty quiet! Went to the gym and done some rehab for my back then went to work after! Packed and headed for London to get the train to Paris and arrived there around 10pm.

Hey guys! Had a busy day at work yesterday! Managed to get a really good shoulder workout in the evening which was great as I haven’t trained them properly in a while and the connection felt really well even though strength wasn’t so so good! Pleased with that.

Hey buddy! It depends on the person really. For me I always got the best results doing cardio fasted. However you can trial both and see what’s getting the best results!

Hey guys! Had a long day yesterday at the tournament! I was actually playing really well but it was men’s doubles and unfortunately my teammate was having a bad day so we ended up coming 7th out of 7 teams! Still a great day! Got home and ate then spent all evening packing orders! Went to bed pretty late so quite tired but up early today got a meal in going to hit some balls this morning then go to work then hopefully train later on!
