Morning guys! Was up early yesterday to play a few hours of tennis! Then caught up with some friends. Had a chilled afternoon met James for a coffee and a nandos which was nice! Had dinner in the evening and watched a film in bed! Got a little tennis tournament this afternoon so might hit the gym before!

Hey buddy! I think you just need to rest! This has happened to me in the past and after a few days away from training It went away. Make sure your keeping yourself hydrated and might be a good idea to get your blood pressure checked.

Morning guys! Had a good day yesterday! Got up and packed some orders and sent them off. Went to the gym and trained chest. The workout was ok, I didn’t feel much connection but it was good to get in there and get it done! Came home had a quick meal and then went and played tennis for 2 hours which was good! Came back and chilled for a bit grabbed a coffee in town then rested until I went to bed getting meals in! Up early today for tennis again!

Hey buddy! It is dependant on the person as most people don’t require the use of exogenous testosterone in order to build muscle. If your suffering from low testosterone then maybe yes! You can probably build muscle on less than 100mg/ week. Depends what your goals are and how fast you want them!

Hey buddy! The only 2 meaning I know is actually doing a push up or press up, the exercise. Or as Kuba mentions pushing your Bodyweight up in terms of trying to gain weight!

Good morning guys! Had a super busy day yesterday! Had a great tennis hit in the morning, felt great. Then spent the rest of the day packing parcels for the launch! Chilled a little in the evening and tried to get an early night! Up early today! Going to head to the gym finally and then maybe hit some tennis later!

Hey guys! Had a great tennis practice on Wednesday then worked all day after! Was up super late working on the website and getting stock ready for the launch! Was up early for work yesterday then spent the whole afternoon shooting for Louis arjuna. Got back super late and was back on the website doing stuff for abstract launch today! Got up super early this morning! Launched Abstract Creations London online then hit 90 of good tennis!

Hi Liam, have you thought about increasing your water intake slightly? It may not be hydration issues but I think 4l per day would be a good amount to consume and reassess after you’ve consistently done that for a few days. I know when I take certain vitamins it can give me similar effects.

Good morning guys! Body was feeling beat up yesterday so I decided not to train! I did my fasted walk and had a super busy day at work! Got in super late had physio then was up late working on my laptop so I’m pretty exhausted today! I’m playing tennis this morning!

Morning guys! Solid day yesterday! Got up early and done a fasted walk, then went to work and hit a back session at kings mitcham at lunchtime! Played tennis for a few hours in the evening which was good then had an early night! Fairly productive day! Up early for something similar today!
