Morning guys, spent the morning walking around Riga which was nice then headed to the airport in the afternoon. Got back home pretty late to London ate and went to bed. Slept well but still got manflu. Out for a fasted walk.

Hey guys! Had a good day yesterday in Riga even tho I’ve got a case of manflu, managed to find a gym and have a little shoulder workout which was good. Chilled in the evening. Up early today to have a walk around town before I fly home.

Hey buddy, how past the date are we talking? Unless it’s multiple years I would still use. Especially something like the supps you mentioned. The only supp I don’t really like using past its expiry date is whey to be honest.

Hey guys, had a great day yesterday as it was new bike day! Spent the day picking up my bike in Aylesbury then rode it back which was lovely the weather was nice! Planned to train in the evening but have ended up with a case of manflu so rested. Did however go out to work then came back had a nice hot bath and went to bed. Up early today for fasted walk.

Hi Nick, I think 40 mins would be the max for me. I would drive that if it was an amazing gym. Any more than that and I wouldn’t bother I’d make do with a closer one.

Morning guys, had a LONG day yesterday! Got home from work in the evening and rushed out to a Mario Kart tournament which was super fun! Got home around 11pm then got called out to work! Got back around 1am and went to sleep! Slept well last night but pretty exhausted today.

My original background was football, then powerlifting, now my main focus is running 🙂
Close to my best shape now, but carrying a lot of extra un-needed mass, to trying to de-size best I can! Never thought id say that ey!
My 5k PB is 17.11 , ran last September at around 81kg Morning weight. Got injured shortly after that, then got back training late December.
I’ve got 2 10k races coming up in March, Excited to see how i do! Sub 35 mins is the Goal!
