Hey buddy, I always like to use the same amount of test to mast so if you’re running 300mg then I would likely run 300mg of mast. However if you haven’t done many cycles I would start with a lower dose of 150-200mg.

Hey guys, ended working all day yesterday didn’t get home until about 9pm so didn’t make it to the gym. Up early today for a fasted walk. Backs in A LOT today. Not sure why, maybe all the driving at work yesterday.

Hi Buddy, I have never tracked my potassium intake but I’ve always eaten a lot of fruits, red meats and other foods that contain potassium.

Morning guys, had a solid tennis hit yesterday morning then ate and rushed off to work! Got back in the late afternoon then headed into central to the F1 arcade which was super fun. Got back in the late evening, ate and went to bed. Slept a bit better as it was a bit cooler. Up early for a fasted walk!

Hey buddy, personally I would carry on into the vacation. Eat slightly more relaxed while away then start to increased calories when you get back!

Hey guys! Had a great little pump session yesterday late morning before a rehab session which was good! Ate and went off to work after. Chilled in the afternoon trying to avoid the heat! Up early today for a fasted tennis hit!

Hey man, definitely you have answered the majority of your questions yourself as I don’t see many problems with your calories or diet plan. It’s a mental issue really and likely nothing any of us say is going to change that it’s something you need to work on yourself. If you really want something enough you will simple do what it takes to achieve it and make the right decisions at the times where it’s feeling tough. None of us or any coach or anything can make them decisions for you in them moments when you’re feeling weak. Just really need to sit down and think about it and if it’s really what you want then commit to it otherwise don’t stress about it and carry on enjoying life as you please.

Morning guys, spent the majority of yesterday out on the bike in the sun. I had planned on training in the evening but I was extremely exhausted when I got home to decided to rest. Didn’t sleep great due to the heat. Up early today for a fasted walk before heading into central.

Hey Buddy, likely is going to be the calorie drop effecting your performance. It may feel like it now but I doubt it’s really too much of a drop, I think after a few weeks you will go back to feeling normal again. Just takes time for your body to adjust at times. Keep communicating with your coach about your performance as that it is important but I am sure it will pick back up.

Hey guys, busy morning at work yesterday but chilled in the afternoon. Went out for a short spin on the bike then hit a good workout in the gym in the evening. Got called to work from the gym so ate dinner late and went to bed!

Hey buddy! I don’t think think you’ll need to adjust your test for adding that dosage of deca. 75-100mg should be enough to see a slight improvement. I would recommend rehab movements also!
