Good morning! Awesome hamstring workout down at kings yesterday. James got send new training protocol from Patrick so it was a little different. The new set up was: 4 exercises, 3 Sets. Set 1 – Loading Set 2 – Cluster 4 x 5rep & Set 3 – Back Off 12-15. Started with seated leg curl and this was crazy! Hamstrings were fully fucked after this! Lying curls up next and that was also really good! Leg press next with a high and wide stance, pause at the bottom and drive. Finished off with hip thrust kind of movement. Great workout. Went to work after and got in a little late. Got my last 2 meals in and went to bed! Fasted weight today was 94.9kgs. Checking in with Justin and training Chest later on!

Hi Buddy, it does 100% depend on condition. If you are absolutely shredded it can definitely bring you some great fullness. Just monitor it closely!

Morning everyone! Great session down at kings yesterday with james. Rebecca filmed james for Redcon1 and we trained chest and biceps. Started off with incline barbell press. 2 working sets. First set at 100kgs I can’t remember how many reps maybe 8 or 10. Then backed off to 90kgs for about 12 I think! Flat smith press next. Big rest pause set here. Moved onto incline DB flyes next for the multiple timed rest pause set which was good then finished the chest off with a superset of Arsenal Machine Press and Pec Fly which pumped the chest absolutely full of blood! Biceps next and started with seated alternating curls for 2 sets! Then moved onto single arm machine curls for a big rest pause set. Finished off with a superset of DB hammer curls and EZ bar curls leaving the biceps full! Called straight to work after gym so was very late eating my post workout meal didn’t get home and eat that until around 10pm. Ordered a burger and chips at midnight and munched that before bed! No changes from Justin this week he’s happy with the progression and weight has gone up so no increase in food yet which is what I expected. Fasted weight today was 94.6kgs!

Hey Louis, what kind of job do you do? do you think it impacts on your bodybuilding journey much? ?
Hey, I’m a 24hr Emergency Locksmith. It definitely has an effect on things. Don’t get me wrong there are positives and negatives! Positives being im usually only on sites for 10-60 mins max which means I usually have time to get my meals in before training. So I do have some flexibility with this. The main struggle is the evening and night time emergency callouts that can mess up my nutrition in the evening and sleep. They can make me late for meals which means staying up late etc. What do you do for work? How do you approach training around this?

Ohh wow that’s different! Do you think all these factors affect your recovery at all?
I’m a student social worker so although it’s a ‘9-5’ it’s not your typical 9-5, but I get up at 4:30 to get to the gym for 6 I don’t mind doing this cos atleast the gym is empty at that time!
Hey yes I definitely think it effects my recovery and stress/ cortisol levels massively, even just last night I got called out of bed at midnight to go to work. So it just cuts into my sleeping pattern and I never get a chance to get them hours of sleep back!

That sounds awesome what you do! 6am training is tough so I respect you for getting in and getting it done!!

Hey everyone! Deadlift party went down at kings gym official yesterday! Group of us deadlifts more of a social thing than anything. I maxed out at 220kg for a strapless single! Happy with that as deadlift isn’t my thing haha! James went on to do 320kgs for 8. Dudes got some serious issues lol! Then we started with the real back workout with straight arm pull downs as usual. 3/4 rounds here to activate the lats and get warm. First exercise for 2 straight sets was single arm pull downs, moved onto Chest Supported T Bar Rows as we didn’t want to put any stress on the lower back after the deadlifts! Big rest pause set here. Worked at 80kg for this set. Moved onto chest supported high DB rows for the timed multiple rest pause set. Worked at 40kg dumbells here. Moved onto wide cable rows supersetted with V Bar pull downs to the bell button here. 2 sets on each and finished off with wide lat pull downs for 1 set to failure. Chilled most of the evening getting all my meals in. Fasted weight today was 94.3kgs so my weight is actually dropping now and I’ve been getting ALL meals in without fail. Rest day today..

Hi Attila, at this point you should be seeing results. I’m running a very very similar cycle myseld and I saw results after the first week in terms of fullness and strength. What brand is your Anabolics? Are you sure it’s real?

Hi Max, you definitely would see results over a long period of time. The results on Anabolics are a lot more visible as they tend to come faster but you definitely would still see benefits!

Good morning guys and girls! Had an unreal shoulder and tricep session yesterday down at kings! Worked most of the morning and then headed to the gym in the afternoon. Had a little catch up with Rhea & Meg from the team who were smashing pull when I arrived! Good to see the girls smashing it looking sick on their preps! Started off with single arm dumbell laterals for 1 load 1 back off! First round with 24s for 12 reps then the second round with 20s for 15 reps. Moved onto lying cuffed cable lateral raises for the big rest pause set. We used the Watson dual cable row for this lying flat on our backs. Next up was smith shoulder presses for the timed multiple rest pause set. Worked at 40g per side. Moved onto a superset of bent over rear dumbell fly (20kg) supersetted with cable rope face pulls. 2 rounds of this. Moved onto triceps and started with V Bar push downs for 1 load 1 back off set. Then moved onto rope push downs with out back leaving on the pad for the big rest pause set. Finished triceps off with a super set of seated DB overhead extension along with incline lying EZ bar skull crushers. 45kg dumbell and a 25kg EZ barbell used for this! 2 rounds here. Went to work after and was busy worked for a good few hours before heading home to get my last 2 meals in. Got called out of bed to work this morning to an emergency so came home after and was a little eating meal. Fasted weight today was 94.6kgs so it’s started to stabilise which means I will probably need to increase food soon. Training back this afternoon!

Hi Buddy, I would definitely get your nutrition in order and start trying to do a lean bulk. If your training really hard, monitoring calories and eating larger amounts of super clean food you should be able to build some tissue and lose body fat at the same time. You could also add in a little cardio.

this sounds like an ideal plan as IMO im small for my height, i will slowly lean bulk and when too fat add in a mini cut ? in terms of supps i was thinking of adding in Test 375 and NPP 200
What have you used previously?

Last cycle was 250 test and eq per week week 1-16, tbol 50mg week1-5, NPP last 6 weeks @300mg per week,
    then cruise 6 weeks
then to cut for 8 weeks i used 250 test, 300 primo, added 150 mast last 4 weeks, all dosages per week
got to this @73kg
Hey buddy, I would say 300mg test with 200mg masteron is more than enough to get you on the right path for a lean bulk.

Could I use this to cut aswell and gain some muscle in the process of cutting as iv been off cycle for a while? Want to get back to this shape
Definitely mate if your nutrition is on point there’s no reason why you cannot grow muscle and lose fat at the same time.
