Hey buddy, I would suggest keeping your diet full of vitamins and minerals so plenty of fruit and veg. Drink plenty of water and keep your skin moisturised with a good product.

Hey buddy, you can definitely use traps providing the muscle is thick enough. I’ve never personally done my traps but I have done injections for a friend and had no problems. You might want to try and get some massage done on that scar tissue.
Yes I want to buy a theragun. Primarily to reduce the scar tissue at the injection sites.
I have thought about it too. Theragun is a really expensive brand so I might try and find a cheaper option!LouisMoylan

Morning guys, didn’t manage to train yesterday as I was working all day until 9pm in the house. Followed Rest day diet. Fasted weight today was 90.4kgs so weight is dropping. Unfortunately looks like I’m not going to be able to train again today as I have another full days work in the house but I’m hoping I can get back training from tomorrow!

Hi James, 100% the stress factor plays a big issue! So much more rest is available also. Much easier to keep food timings on point etc. I also do love using a bit more volume in my training. I am missing certain machines from the gym but making do with what I have! So you decided to keep your cycle the same? What are you currently using? I dropped to TRT soon as the lock down happened.

Hi mate !
Yeah i kept on the same cycle I was going to drop down to TRT to be honest , with hot having access to the normal amount of kit or weight I’m used too. But thought I’d give the higher volume a try with intensity techniques on the same cycle and it’s worked wonders. TBH mate I use know where near the amount I used too when I was competing at a high level so my cycle now is 750 mg test E pw and 600 EQ … really I would use something else instead of the EQ but I haven’t got in with NPP or tren and can’t get my hands on quality primo. Luckily i don’t really hold much water so I’m lucky in that respect. What’s your current situation bud ?
That sounds pretty good buddy! I’ve just been doing 200mg Test Cyp for the last 8 weeks. I’m a bit reluctant to go back on cycle until I’m back training in the gym as my training now isn’t ideal unfortunately!LouisMoylan

Morning guys, had a really busy day yesterday so only managed to train a little arms. I’ve got some work going on at my house so training the next few weeks is going to be a little messed up! Arms was still great though had a really good pump going. Finished working indoors late so went to bed early. Fasted weight today was 91.5kgs just out on my light walk before breakfast hoping to train a little later but we’ll see what happens Work wise!!

Wicked day today. Went to see @louis-moylan , had a big breakfast, went for a cycle round south west London , back to Louis for some steak and pasta, some chicken and rice with honey and soy sauce after that , then set off back home. Very blessed to have a top mate like Louis. Helped me through a lot and always there for a chat.
Up tomorrow for legs and back in the morning then off to the office to do some work._________________________________________

Morning guys! Had a pretty chilled rest day as usual! I popped out to work in the morning then headed out for a 24k bicycle ride with big tim and big Billy Hoare. Was nice to get out. Came back in the afternoon and just chilled all evening getting my meals in! Digestion feeling much better. Got some running around this morning to do some errands etc for work. Then I’m hoping to hit push later this afternoon!

Hi Robin, I always use Barbell Bench Press in my routine. Now it’s pretty much the only option I have but I always bench press free weight in the gym every push session wether it be flat or incline!!

Interesting read Louis mate! What’s going on with your knees? Noticed you mentioned a lot of knee pain during leg days. The fasting idea to cure digestive issues is interesting too, digestion is something I’ve never paid any attention to until I came to this app, gonna look into it further and see what I can try.

Hi Ross, yes mate I’ve always struggled with digestive issues. I’ll have a good run and then bang the digestive system just shuts down and says no more so I need a few days off to give it a break! Problem is i always lose a lot of weight when this happens. I was 95kgs last week and I’m 91.4kgs this morning nearly a week out of the fast!!
My knees have been shocking. I have never ever suffered with knee problems before. Maybe every now and then they have been bad after doing some heavy hack squats they would be a bit sore but they always recovered very quickly. I rarely squatted in the gym usually chose hack squats, v squats and leg presses because my biomechanics aren’t designed well to squat as I have very long femurs. Since the lock doing being forced to train outdoors in the cold with only a barbell and dumbells my knees have been suffering terribly. Imagine in training legs twice per week. Squats, Lunges, RDL & Lying Leg Curl are the only 4 exercises I can do. It has damaged my knees badly. I’m lucky if I get 1 good set of squats. It literally painful to squat my own Bodyweight. Even Bodyweight lunges are painful! Regardless I’ll work my way up in weight just to get atleast 1 or 2 good sets of squats because I’m worried about losing leg size. After I do a set of squats my knees literally hurt just to touch them. After the top set of squats they’re pretty much done that’s the end of my leg session. My legs are definitely smaller and I worked so hard to get them to the size they are now! It’s really frustrating but it is what it is when you don’t have access to a gym! I think it’s a mixture of training outside in the cold, training on concrete/grass instead of gym flooring which is a little padded, hitting free weight movements that I’m not necessarily used to and coming off cycle during this period has definitely contributed to the problem. Let’s hope they hold out until the gyms are back open. I do worry that now they will be permanently damaged but i hope not. Who knows! I’m getting old too it could be that haha_________________________________________

Oh wow. Have stuff like digestive enzymes never helped? That must be heartbreaking to have to fast and drop so much weight? Fair play to you for carrying on through it!
Shiiiit, what a nightmare!! Stuff like knee sleeves or anything like that never helped? Hoping your legs can hold up a bit longer until the gym is open again! Old age haha mate you don’t even look that old but it’s a good excuse to have in the bag haha!_________________________________________

Hey buddy, no the enzymes never worked for me even when I bought super expensive ones! Knee sleeves I haven’t tried but I always wrap up on my heavy sets of squats! I’m deffo getting old lad hahaLouisMoylan

That’s great!
I usually only do it whenever I have a flare up with my IBS.
I’ll fast for a complete 24 hours, drinking water, black coffee, tea etc. And then ease back into food with lighter soups, bone broth etc._________________________________________
@katiecshallbe_
That sounds good! How does your tummy respond to food after the fast? Does it take a little while to get comfortable eating food? I always eat light for a few days before going back to full diet.

It’s usually ok if my food choices are right- I try stick to as plain as possible foods that I know digest easily for me. Stuff like rice, rice cakes, chicken, fish and try not to overload on vegetables either. It’ll usually take a week or so for things to fully settle down again before heading back into normal diet so to speak. But I find it helps me.
Hope it’s helped you so far?_________________________________________

Hey yeah it took a little while for my tummy to go back to normal but it seems pretty ok now and I’m definitely processing food a lot more easier!!LouisMoylan
