    Hi Max, in my opinion you shouldn’t be hungry at all in the offseason. If your goal is ultimate mass then you should be eating towards that goal. Obviously this is person dependant. If your someone that build muscle or gains weight easily the chances are you won’t have to push food as hard as someone else. For me I really have to push food super high just to gain any weight at all. So yes I’m never ever hungry in the offseason!

    Morning guys, had a mega busy day yesterday! Managed to get a nice light accurate leg workout in though! Started off with some Bodyweight lunges then put the 20kg bar on my back and done 3 sets of 20 reps each leg walking lunges down the garden. Moved swiftly onto front squats. Warmed up to 100kgs and done 2 sets of 8 followed by a back off set of 80kgs for 12 Reps. Really focusing on form making sure my upper body doesn’t collapse forward during the movement and still getting good depth! Moved ontop stiff leg deadlifts where I worked at 80kg for 3 sets of 15. Reason for this I didn’t want to load my lower back too much as I had done deadlifts yesterday and plan to squat heavy on Saturday so wanted to allow some recovery there. Also wanted to really slowly stretch and contract my hamstring during every part of the movement! Finished off with some Justin Compton style leg curls hanging from a barbell with my feel on the bench. Pulling my body up through my heels using my hamstrings. I have posted some pics of this before to show you previously on my log! Went straight out to work after got in late and ate. Done some work in the house and went to bed. Fasted weight today was 90.0kgs. Up early again today another busy day but I’m taking a rest day today!

    Hey buddy, personally I would just drop the drug out. There’s other deugs you can use. Luckily I’ve never had any mental issues using any Anabolics but I know a lot of people have and my best advice is just to remove the anabolic. Get your mental health right and then go on from there.

    Hey guys and girls, had a little pull workout yesterday! I was a little pressed for time so I only managed to do 3 exercises, started with pull ups, warmed up to BW+30kg for 2 sets of 6 reps then dropped to BW+25kg for 8 reps. Moved onto chest supported barbell row. Started with 110kgs for 2 loading sets followed by 90kg for a back off set. Deadlifts were next on the menu, warmed up to a 210kg single lift no straps then backed off to 180kg for some Reps after. Had to shoot off to work after this, got home in the evening late got some meals in and went to bed!! Busy morning at work, hoping to hit legs later this evening.

    Hi Luca, as hilly says what you’ve got above looks pretty good. Personally I would drop the masteron but that’s upto you. As long as your training hard, eating more than enough and getting plenty of rest you should put on a fair amount of size!

    Good morning everyone! Had a great workout yesterday! Done push, I was a bit worried about how my shoulders would be considering they were really sore on my last workout. Started off with side laterals with dumbells done 4 sets with 16kg dumbells. Missed out front Delts as I didn’t want to stress them out directly. Started doing flat bench and really took my time warming up with plenty of sets. Warmed up to 130kg for 6 Reps, backed off to 120kg for 2 sets of 8 Reps. Pretty happy with that cnsidering my weight is very low right now and I’ve been in a bit of pain in the delts. Moved onto incline DB press which I went a little closer on the grip and a little lighter just worked at 90kg for 1 set and 2 sets of 80kg. Done a few light sets of BB shoulder press to try and help mobility then finished off work 4 sets of rope push downs a little lighter than usual but really pumped the triceps up with high Reps. Fasted weight today was 90.4kgs got work this morning then hopefully train pull this afternoon!

    Hi Isaac, 3ml is quite a lot to pin in one spot. For me personally I would split into 2 x 1.5ml shots in either lat, either glute and then either side delt and keep rotating these 3 sites every week.

    Hey guys, had a decent little leg workout yesterday! Started off with some lying leg curls with a 22kg dumbell for 4 working sets! Then moved onto Bodyweight lunges to really help warm my knees up. Moved onto squats but stayed around 120kg for 3 sets of 10 really trying to focus on form keeping the stimulation all on the quads! Then finished off with some hanging hamstring curls over the bench for 3 sets of 12! Chilled most of the evening! Got work this morning then hoping to hit a push style session later in the afternoon!

    Hi Craig, I’ve never used GH in the offseason. I’ve only every used it for my first show prep back in 2015 and I’ve been in better condition without it down the line. I have read there are lots of benefits of using GH but it’s quite expensive and I don’t really think for a smaller guy like me it’s that essential. If you can afford it and you want to be a lot bigger I would say go for it!

    Good morning everyone! Went off to work in the morning! Got a few meals in ready to train and bang it’s pissing down outside! Pushed training back to today and got some more work done in the house. Finished up around 6pm and chilled watching the new Michael Jordan series on Netflix. Fasted weight today was 90.2kgs. Gonna get a little more work done in the house then hit legs this afternoon weather permitting! Sky looks a bit grey now let’s hope it clears up!!

    Hi Kekoa, I usually run basic courses of Test Deca and maybe Dbol with usually some arimidex in a low dose. I tend to keep masteron for the pre contest cycle. I’m a big fan of proviron I usually always use this when on cycle as it helps free testosterone so you potentially can use lower amounts of testosterone but get more out of that lower amount. Also as hilly says it helps with libido also.

    Hey buddy, personally I try to avoid AIs. If I’m using Nandrolone and Testosterone for example I will have to use maybe 0.5 arimidex twice weekly however if I’m running masteron during my cycle I won’t need to use any AI. I don’t often suffer from aromatise issues but that’s just me personally.

    Hi Nathan, yes to be honest I like masteron as a drug I respond really well to it. I always use masteron during my contest preps or cutting phases so I don’t like to use it in the offseason as I don’t want using the drug year round to effect my receptors sensitivity to it. I tend to stick to the basics using simple cycles like test, deca and Dbol in the offseason and test, masteron and maybe Anavar or Winny in the dieting/ pre contest phase. I will only ever use Tren pre contest right before a show.

    Good morning everyone! Had a pretty good session yesterday in the garden! Started off with some side laterals I done 3 lighter sets seated upright with extremely strict form 15 reps each set. Then moved onto 3 sets of 10 reps standing with heavier dumbells. I moved straight onto flat bench press but my front Delts were really painful. I must have done something to them while doing that work in the house earlier in the week. I could barely press the bar without pain so I moved straight on. Jumped straight into BB chest supported rows warmed up to around 95kgs where I done a set of 10 but it was pulling on my front Delts so I backed off to 90kg for a few more sets of 10-12. Straight into chest supported rear delt fly as the bench was already set up for 3 sets of 15 reps. Then hit some weighted pull ups. Done a few Bodyweight sets first then moved onto weighted starting with 30kg for 5, 25kg for 8 and 20kg for 8. I then used the new cable pulled set up to do 3 sets of 15 rep pullovers with only 20kg on the cable for some slow squeezing reps. Then finished off with some Tricep push downs where I done 3 sets of 12-15 with 30kg on the cable. Had to do some more work in the house in preparation for the plasterers coming in this morning. Forgot to weigh myself this morning just out on my little walk before breakfast hoping to hit some legs this afternoon!
