    Morning guys and girls! Had a nice little leg session yesterday! The rain was a bit of a factor but managed to get a little done! Started with some lying DB curls, warmed up to 4 working sets at around 22kg dumbells. Then moved onto Justin Compton hanging leg curl which is a Bodyweight exercise for 4 sets. Moved into weighted lunges with a barbell, done a set at 10kgs then 3 working sets at 30kgs, 20 reps per leg. Then moved onto front squats. Warmed up to around 90kgs but my knees were battered it was very cold and rainy outside so just done one set and then left it there. Had some work to do in the evening in the house then got my last few meals in and went to bed! Another shit nights sleep last night. Out doing my fasted walk today. Got a few bits on today it’s a rest day but hoping to actually chill this evening as my body feels shattered.

    Hi Frank, personally I’ve only ever seen primo in 100mg form! I will ask my supplier and see if he knows of any labs.

    Morning everyone!! Had half a pull session yesterday as I got called off to do some stuff!! Started off with cable pullover supersetted with cable rows for 3/4 sets then I got things set up for a V bar pull down loaded a bit more weight on and done 3/4 sets pretty smooth not maxed out on weight as the garage can only take so much!! Then I had to shoot! Had a really busy evening got in late went to bed. Slept pretty shit! Went for my walk this morning. Got some errands to run then hopefully hit legs this afternoon if the weather holds off!

    Hi Kane, I’ve never used the website but I have used Medtech Solutions before and I know a lot of people that do use it and have had great results so should be fine as long as your getting it from a legitimate source!

    Hi Balint, I personally always like to run my test slightly higher than boldenone or nandrolone. So for instance if my test is at 600mg/week I would dose boldenone/nandrolone at 450mg/week. Those are very old school methods you’ve mentioned as the lads have said!!

    Hi Kane, I’ve never used the website but I have used Medtech Solutions before and I know a lot of people that do use it and have had great results so should be fine as long as your getting it from a legitimate source!

    Max, I’ve never really used GH and I haven’t personally taken any for years! However A LOT of my friends are using Medicare and they cannot say enough good things about it. They all love it and to be honest they all look great. Even james uses it from time to time. I have been thinking about using it myself in the future.

    Morning guys and girls! Had a really busy day at work yesterday so ended up training late. Started off work flat bench this week, felt very heavy so I stayed at 120kg for 2 sets of 6 and only got 5 on the last set. Moved into side laterals with the 12kg dunbells for 3 sets of 15-20. Moved onto incline DB Flyes supersetted into incline DB Presses with the same weight. Done 3 sets of 10-12 on these. Then hit some DB shoulder presses. I think the dumbells were around 32kgs. 2 sets of these as shoulder was a bit clicky. Finished off with some lying barbell skull crushers, 30kgs for 3 sets of 15-20 just to get a little blood in there. Went to work after, got a burger and chips on the way home and went home and went straight to bed. Another rough night sleep in the spare room has me up early. Work this morning then pull this afternoon. Got another busy evening ahead!

    Hey everyone, had a busy day yesterday in the end! Got loads of work doing in the house then went out to work in the evening. Ate meals all day and had a meal off in the evening! KFC and a chocolate bar to be precise! Chilled rest of the evening. Had a super rough night sleep though. Sleeping in the spare room isn’t great. Haven’t slept well for weeks! Hopefully it will all be done soon so I can get back to good sleep and no stress!! Fasted weight was 89.9kgs! Lowest I’ve been in a long time! Push today later this afternoon. I’ve been on cruise now 200mg of test cyp for 11/12 weeks now. Although I do feel good mentally and I feel healthy I do feel like my physique is lagging. The whole mixture of limited training in the garden, being on TRT dosage for so long and eating low food has definitely made me very flat. I’ve lost over 7kgs since lock down so I can’t wait to get that back when the gyms re open. Strength surprisingly isn’t too bad. I’m actually squatting more than I was before. Bench press and deadlifts are pretty much the same. I know that doesn’t correlate into muscle tissue but it does ease my mind a little. I hope all you guys are doing ok mentally and physically.     Hi Jack, how many days do you train and how many days do you rest? How do you set up your strength training? Are you doing strength blocks? You need to allow some time for your body to recover between each session. I know a lot of powerlifters who train one day on, one day off. They also don’t lift near their max lifts very often they structure their training around strength blocks in order to improve lifts. I guess this would be very similar in your case without the added cardio endurance you may have to do!

    Morning guys and girls. Started a little late training yesterday due to work. Had a few meals before then hit legs. Started with 20kg lunges for 3 sets up and down the garden. These felt ok. Then moved onto barbell squats. Worked up to 160kg for a set then backed off to 140kg for a set. These didn’t feel great today so I didn’t go mad on them! Same without RDLs after. Worked up to 160kgs starting with 120kg and 140kg before hand this time. Then did some Justin Compton style hamstring curls for 3 sets of 12-15 then finished off with 5 sets of donkey calf raises! Went home ate and went to bed! Out doing light cardio now my body feels smashed. Need to make sure I get some solid rest today! Maybe a meal off tonight!

    Hi Stanley, yes I only usually get this during prep when my metabolism is going wild! As lara mentions it’s definitely your metabolism burning through that food overnight!!

    Morning guys and girls! Had an extremely busy and stressful day yesterday!! Went off to work in the morning then came in to do some work in the house that had to be finished today. Got that done then trained some upper. Started with pull-ups warning up to BW + 30kg for a set of 8, then 7, then 6 reps. Moved onto chest supported BB Row, worked up to 100kg for 12, then again for 10 then backed off to 90 for another nice 12 reps. Finished back off worh Tbar Rows, first working set at 110kg for 4, then 100kg for 8, then 90kg for 10reps. Moved onto flat bench however my left delt was very very clicky so only done a few light sets at 80 for around 20 Reps. Moved onto DB shoulder press which was even worse! Done a few sets of 12 with the 30kg dumbells then left it. Finished off with some high rep Tricep push downs, stayed at 25kgs for sets of 15-20 reps. Tried to do some barbell curls but had a shooting pain up my wrist so I left it there. Drove to Brighton to pick up a fireplace for the house. Came back to work in Sutton by this time it’s around 10.30pm, got called out to central London to an emergency so headed over there. Got a speeding ticket doing 30mph in a 20mph zone! Done the job, drove home, ate and went straight to bed! Fasted weight 90.5kgs let’s hope today is a better day!
