Good afternoon guys! Just wrapped up a great back and bicep workout at first fitness gym in Barbados! Finished off with some calves! Having some cereal post workout unfortunately I don’t have any whey here so I’m going to make some beef and pasta up and eat it shortly! Done a fasted Walk this morning then ate a good meal before training. Looking forward to using the new TrainedbyJP Nutrition In-Sure when I’m back in the UK as I do use GDAs a lot more in the offseason! Any questions just hit me up below guys!

Louis when starting a prep like your last one. Do you bring drugs like t3/t4 and clen in from the outset or introduce them towards the end and let energy balance do the work initially. Or does it depend on how much time you have? Cheers
Hi Josh,
No I do not. Always add in substances like this much later in the prep. Try and get as much of the fat off as possible without using enhancers to begin with!

Ah awesome, I love checking out some of the little gems we have in the UK, still yet to visit kings! I have just changed gyms, I was in a Pure gym (Convenience) but changed to a bodybuilding gym and motivation is very high… I sometimes adapt a little if I’m at others gyms to accommodate for the change in kit but protocols stay the same!
I seen you in a kings top and you ain’t even been there hahaha what area are you in? Kings is home I do feel really comfortable training there.

Hey Louis, hope you’re feeling better! How do you find you adjust the training at other gyms, getting used to loading/movement patterns? Do you adapt training at all?
Hey Buddy! I can have a great workout anywhere! As long as my mind is clear and I have some dumbbells or a barbell I can always have a good session! I was lucky enough out here in Barbados to find an excellent gym that is full of hammer strength equiptment and heavy dumbells so training has been perfect. If I’m training at other gyms in the U.K. I usually try and find somewhere that is well equipped! Saying that I do have a Nuffield health membership and I do train there sometimes and I have prepped for shows purely training at these types of gyms and been successful! I usually always train the same, mainly get some heavy compound movements done first then a few isolation movements doing usually 2 heavy sets on the compound and maybe 3 working sets on the isolation movements so yeah I don’t really differ training it’s always pretty similar and I usually go by feel! How do you find training in other gyms? Do you adjust your training when not in your home gym?

I don’t have much experience in fat burners besides the non natural clenbuterol, t3 and t4 however I have heard AD Shredabull is a great product but can be hard to get hold of!

Good morning guys! Just ate breakfast as I woke up a little late and didn’t sleep great! Ate a good breakfast of 6 eggs, 2 brown toast and a banana! Going for a little walk now to help digestion then head to the gym and hit some chest! If you want to know more about the workout today just hit me up below guys!

I know that gym. Decent place to train. I go to J&S on the west coast usually but a trek if you’re Oisteins area.
Where you staying? Be careful on the south coast with the early walks buddy. Its not as friendly as the locals make out. Crime and the economy isn’t what it was out there. Seems to be regressing.
Hey buddy! I did notice that!! First day I went out a few guys came round us looking for our wallets! Luckily we didn’t take anything out and haven’t since! It is a little rough around here! We’re going to have a look around the other side of the island tomorrow so might check that gym out! Thanks for the heads up!! ????????

It will definitely have a huge impact on blood sugar levels! Also your body isn’t used to processing so much food so the digestion alone will make you tired! Give the new TrainedbyJPnutrition insure a go with the high carb meals it should help process them

You can adjust your macros in your diet to have whey protein or maybe cereal post workout which really helps with sweet cravings. Otherwise maybe a black American with some sugarfree syrup or sweetener usually helps.

Morning everyone! Hope your ready for a proactive week ahead! I’m feeling a bit exhausted think I might have got some sun stroke! Going to try and smash some legs today and keep the food quite low as I’m carrying a lot of water weight still. Out for a fasted walk now then have a few meals and get to the gym! What you guys training today?

Good morning guys! Feeling a bit rough today! Yesterday was a long day at the show my friend was competing at! Food was a bit tough to get hold of and had a meal off late at night! Woke up early and went for another long fasted Walk then had some eggs on toast for breakfast. Going to rest today and get some good training in next week! Hope you guys are all having a great weekend!

I personally tend to have low carbs on rest days during prep and offseason. The only difference being in the offseason I tend to have a meal off plan before bed on that rest day.

Not really no just a small amount maybe on some toast/bagel with a meal once a day in the off-season. I just personally don’t have a lot of butter in my diet I don’t use it at all pre contest!

Kerry Gold is probably one of the better butters to use but I would use large amounts of it.
