Hi Nathan, personally I don’t track calories or macros during the offseason. My diet is constantly evolving and changing and adjusting I don’t like to get caught up in the numbers. I don’t even count calories during prep. That’s just my approach. I’m sure most other people don’t have this approach but it works for me and makes me happy. I keep my food clean in the offseason I’m usually pushing clean food so hard that I don’t tend to want to eat off plan. Very similar foods to prep but much larger quantities. I keep pushing if my weight stalls as you said and if I get too soft I can always pull back. Some people have to go by numbers which is fine but you just need to take whatever approach suits you best. Or get a coach to control everything for you!

    Rest day today
Was up last night getting food in and speaking to my friends, really enjoyed it.
Brilliant lie in relaxing and eating.
However, spontaneous purchase today potentially bad decision ???? l will attach the plate loaded seated row I purchased. Maybe one piece of leg equipment needed but I know one day it’ll be worth the investment ????
On a walk now resting before squats tomorrow !

    That row looks sick!!

Good morning everyone! Had a pretty good upper body workout yesterday! I wanted to stop everything just before failure as I had just done the fast so didn’t wanna hit my cns too bad. I’ll do the same for legs today. Started off with flat bench presses for 3 sets of 10 then inclined the bench and for another 3 sets of 10. Moved straight onto DB side lateral raises for 3 sets of 20 reps. I raised the bench up and done some chest supported barbell rows. I’m really enjoying this movement, we don’t have one in kings so it’s really nice to do it. Finished off with weighted wide pull ups. 3 sets on eat. Went to work after training then chilled in the evening. Fasted weight today was 92.1kgs. Stomach seems a lot more comfortable now. Still eating light though. Got a busy day at work today hoping to hit a little leg session in the late afternoon!

Good morning guys, so started the day yesterday with a fruit platter around 10am then had my first solid meal around 12.30 which was 2 whole eggs on 1 bagel. 2.5 hours later I had 100g chicken with 125g rice, 3 hours after that I had 100g steak with 100g pasta then a little while before bed I had another 100g chicken with 125g rice. Fasted weight today was 91.4kgs. Stomach does feel much better. Headed out for a 20 min walk this morning. Then hoping to get a few meals in and hit an upper body session this afternoon in the garden.

Hey Caitlin, just catching up on your progress now! Are you coaching yourself? You look like you have a good amount of muscle mass. What’s your goals?

Hi Louis! Thanks for taking the time to look. I appreciate that.
I am not coaching myself. My coach is Tom hames ????
And thank you very much, most likely angles though ???? I’m actually quite small in real life
And my goals are to attempt to become the youngest British pro and more importantly I’d like to be a good pro. So, actually be able to make it to the Olympia stage one days that’d be the dream ! [/quote]
Hey! That’s great it’s good to have a clear mindset of goals early on. How old are you? Have you competed before?

Hi Andrew, it’s best to get a supplier that you know and trust and keep using them. There are known brands such as Rohm Labs that have been around for years. They have also just rebranded to prevent counterfeit.

Good morning everyone! So the fast yesterday was very tough! I was a lot hungrier than I expected! The protocol for the detox wasn’t nice but I got through it! Got called out to work a few times but for the most part spent the day resting. As I’m still fasting for a few hours and my stomach is very sensitive right now I’ll be taking another rest day today. I’ve done my detox protocol for today so I’ll be having a fruit breakfast at 10am then eating small meals onwards from 12noon. Hoping my stomach gets a little less sensitive as I start to put solid food back in. Fasted weight today was 91.2kgs.

Good morning! Had a semi successful leg session for the first time in ages yesterday! Knees didn’t feel too bad to begin with! Started off with some wall hack squats with the foam roller. Done a bunch of Bodyweight sets to warm up then done 3 sets with some 15kg dumbells in either hand. Moved straight onto squats which felt ok, worked up to 140kg and done 3 sets of 8-10 there as I didn’t want to kill the knees too much. The knees were f**ked after the last set still! Moved onto stiff leg deadlifts at 120kg slow and controlled squeezing hamstrings and Glutes for 3 sets then done 3 sets of lying leg curls with a 15kg dumbells again slow and controlled squeezing and contracting keeping the tension on. Finished off with some donkey calf raises for 4 sets with very short rest. Reps ranging from 10-15. Worked in the evening got in late. Ate and went to bed. Fasted weight today was 92.7kgs. Going to do a gallbladder/liver detox today and tomorrow with a fast so hoping to clear up this digestion issue. If you want any more information hit me up.

Hey everyone, not much to report from yday. Worked most of the day getting meals in. Chilled in the evening enjoyed a bag of Doritos while watching a film. Stomach feels pretty ok today so far just eating breakfast now. Planning tho train an upper body session this afternoon. Works quiet today. Thinking about adding in some cardio from next week to help digestion a little as it seems to have slowed a lot.

Hey guys and girls. Had a pretty decent upper body workout yesterday. Mood wasn’t great but i pushed on and tried to get on with it. Started with some front raised seated with dumbells then moved onto side raises also seated. Hit some barbell upright rows with a wider grip so they hit the Delts more so than the traps the went into some flat DB chest presses, very awkward with the set up i have but done what I could. Inclined the bench and done a few sets of DB flyes. Smash some single arm DB over head extensions for triceps then some DB bicep curls. Finished off with some chest supported DB rows on an incline bench. Can’t go heavy on these so done 3 sets of 20 reps got a decent burn. Chilled all evening getting meals in.
