Hey everyone, not much to report from yday. Worked most of the day getting meals in. Chilled in the evening enjoyed a bag of Doritos while watching a film. Stomach feels pretty ok today so far just eating breakfast now. Planning tho train an upper body session this afternoon. Works quiet today. Thinking about adding in some cardio from next week to help digestion a little as it seems to have slowed a lot.

Good morning guys, had a pretty disappointing leg session yday. Started with Bodyweight squats and my knees were hurting just from those. Moved onto lying DB curls got some good sets done with them. Then moved onto squats and my knees were in so much pain I could only manage 100kgs for a few sets of 4/5 reps. Called it a day and just rested for the evening indoors. Stomach still giving me problems. Resting today so see how things go.

Morning guys and girls! Had a pretty good pull session yday! 2 meals in took my new JPRE Pump and started off with some pull ups! 6 sets of 12 for those. Moved straight onto underhand bb rows. Not too heavy stuck at 80kgs for these and really focused on elbow drive squeezing as hard as I could for a full contraction! 3 sets of 12 for those. Moved onto T Bar Row, another nice 3 sets of strict 12 with 80kg on one end of the bar. Smashed a few sets of deadlifts at 180kgs then pulled 200kg for a comfortable single just to see if I could! Moved onto chest supported bb rows. Done 3 sets of 12-15 at around 70kgs and then finished off woth 3 sets of 15 on chest supported rear DB flys. DBs probably about 16kgs for these so pretty light. Stomach was really uncomfortable towards the end of training so I sacked off the post workout shake and just ate my last 2 solid meals. Went out to work in the early evening then chilled rest of the time! Fasted weight today was 93.6kgs. Legs on the cards today!

Hi Henry, in my opinion depends if your using Intra workout, how much Intra workout and when your finishing your Intra workout. I don’t have a huge Intra workout and I finish it half way through my workout so I have my post workout immediately after training. However if you have a heavy Intra and you finish that towards the end of your workout I would suggest waiting a little while!

Hey everyone, had a half decent push workout yesterday. Started with laterals. Kept the reps really high yday and went for a good pump. Then moved onto some front raises with the dumbells and then onto flat bench press. Shoulder felt a bit funny so just done a muscle round there. Then moved onto some incline DB flyes. Done some seated DB press light for high reps then finished off with some close grip press ups! Chilled in the evening getting meals in. Tummy is a bit sore this morning. Gonna chill get a few meals in then hopefully train!

Bicep Bandito, it’s totally dependant on the individual! Some dudes grow relatively easy off of normal quantities of food however some people have to consume very large amounts of calories in order to gain weight. Do you want to be a mass monster yourself?!

Good morning guys and girls! Not much to report from yesterday’s rest day! Didn’t sleep great, had a bad tummy so I lowered food quite a bit to try and give my stomach a break.

    Meal 1 – 4 Whole Eggs, 1 Bagel

    Meal 2 – 200g Yoghurt, 75g Berries, 50g Granola

    Meal 3 – 100g Chicken, 200g Rice

    Meal 4 – 200g Steak

Went out for a walk during the late afternoon and then chilled in during the evening. Got called out to work at 2am then got back home to bed around 4 so feeling pretty shattered today. Stomach still a little unsettled so I’m going to slowly increase food over the next few days to get back up to my normal diet. Got work this morning then hoping to smash some push this afternoon. Weather looks pretty good let’s hope it stays like that!!

Hey buddy, in my opinion it depends if your planning to go back on cycle anytime soon. If you plan to go back on cycle without a few months then I myself would probably drop the test to 100-150mg/week based on the amount of your first cycle. Stay on that for 8-12 weeks then assess where you want to go from there. However if you don’t plan on going back on cycle anytime soon I would go with the PCT option! Also for future reference post these types of questions in the supplementation section! Thanks pal!

Thanks a lot mate. I’m definitely going to run another cycle with Test E and as Jordan advised in his video I’m looking to add Nandro as well. It’s 6 weeks since my last dose. I am functioning very well. Training is great too. I have noticed hairfall from the cycle due to the dht. I’m thinking about taking 1mg Finasteride/Day. Do you think it’ll be a good strategy?
    Many Thnaks.[/quote]
To be honest mate I don’t know much about finasteride. I’ve never suffered with hairloss luckily so never had to look into it! Sorry pal! It’s definitely a genetic thing, I think if it’s going to come off it’s going to come off! @hilly May have a bit more knowledge on this! (Not coz he’s bald just because he’s more educated) ????

Good morning guys! Had a pretty decent little leg workout yesterday. Started off with some lying DB curls, I don’t tend to go too heavy on these I like to keep the tension on and do slow squeezing reps. Moved straight onto bb squats and worked my way up to 180kg for 3 which is a PB for me. Felt pretty good apart from my stomach yesterday was really uncomfortable. Knees were pretty shot after that set so moved onto BB RDLs where I done a few light sets at 140kg then I got called out to work so had to shoot off. Chilled in the evening but only ate one small meal as my tummy was pretty upset. Rest day today so gonna keep the food a little lighter on carbs and see how we go!

Hi Rhodri, personally I usually don’t diet on my birthday at all. It’s on December so usually offseason so I eat what I want when I want that day! However if your worried about it you could certainly drop calories during certain meals around the day and have a meal off with family friends a partner etc which won’t leave you on a huge surplus for the day! Whatever you will enjoy most busy it’s your birthday after all!

Hey everyone! Had a decent upper workout yesterday! In and out of the rain! Started with pull-ups wide with 6 sets of 10-12, followed by barbell rows, done 2 sets at 100kg strict for 10 then backed off to 80kg for a nice slow squeezing set. Moved straight onto seated bb overhead press done 3 sets of 12 reps at 60kg nothing too heavy. Then done a superset of flat DB flyes straight into flat DB presses! Smashed a triple drop of side raises followed up by an isometric hold then called it a day! Hoping to hit legs this morning after watching some Crossfit shit on tv!
