thanks @louis-moylan ! I’ve always used rohm to be honest, never had issues. just as I can get medtech too thought it might of been worth the switch over! maybe ill give it a run on my next cycle but I know they’re both good. thank you

Do you guys think ROHM is just as good as med tech? my supplier sells both, he is legit, but ive just stocked up on ROHM before seeing these lol! @kuba @hilly

Hi Max, I personally use ROHM Labs but I do have access to and have used medtech before and yielded great results. Both labs are great buddy!

Hey everyone, weather was shit yesterday so I was rained off again! Hoping it’s not as bad today so I can get a workout in outside! Went to work yesterday in the morning, went to GymBeast to pick up some supplements I’d ran low on. Then back to work then home for the evening. Chilled watching tv getting my meals in. Fasted weight 94.9kgs so still floating pretty heavy. Feel like composition is changing slightly for the worse not the good! Going to have a think about what direction I want to go in over the weekend.

Morning guys and girls! It was training badly again yesterday so I done a little arm session indoors! I was due legs but it’s not gonna happen inside! Used the new JP non Stim pre workout which was awesome gave me a great pump! Started with some alternating curls, then moved onto lying DB skull crushers, then some seated concentration curls, tricep kick backs, BB Curls and finished with some lying barbell skull crushers! 3 sets to failure on each. If and when you guys train arms do you usually alternate between bicep and triceps? Or do you do for instance all bicep then all Tricep after?

Another chilled rest day in lockdown land. Had a surprise parcel arrive with some goodies from @louis-moylan very kind. He knows I struggle to accept things of people so I think he did it on purpose. I’ll be paying for a meal when we get out of lockdown to get him back !! But in all seriousness Louis is a very kind friend, not many people like him about.
Did some bits of work and then headed out for a walk. I walked to the church where my Uncles grave is. They have a really nice spot for him close to a tree and a bench so can just sit and take your time. Was very peaceful so I can see myself spending a lot of time there. Gives chance to reflect and feel close still.
Spent the rest of the evening chatting with my friend who lives with me. Nice to just talk about life.
Tomorrow is back and hamstrings in the morning so I’m looking forward to that._________________________________________

Hi Matt, it’s completely individual. There are many factors here to take on board from how much testosterone the individual has taken before on previous cycles to how much muscle mass the individual is actually carrying. If you can yield great results from lower doses of Anabolics then I would stay in that lower bracket. However if you’ve needed high amounts of Anabolics to build what you currently have now then the chances are you will need to maintain them kind of levels to keep moving forward. I would say the lower the better my friend.

Hi P911, personally I only use Tren pre contest in maybe the last 4-6 weeks before a show. So I wouldn’t personally add it into a cruise. However to answer your question yes I have run tren at 200mg/week and had great results. I’ve never taken more than 300mg/week ever.

Good morning everyone! Yesterday sucked! It was raining all damn day so I couldn’t get out in the garden to train! So was forced to take an unscheduled rest day! Not loads to report pretty much day on the sofa ALL day watching tv. Weather looks a bit nicer today but it is scheduled to rain from 12-4 which is usually when I train! Off to work this morning then hoping to get a quick workout in before it chucks down!! I’m thinking of ordering some bands does anyone have any advice on what bands are good to use or available?

Hi Liam, I suffer from the same problem. Can leg press super heavy with no problems but squats give me a lot of trouble. It’s probably due to having to stabilise the weight yourself. My femurs are really long so when I squat down deep it puts a lot of pressure on the knee. It could also be ankle and hip flexibility. Also if your back is a bit tight all of these together can drive pressure straight down to your knee caps. Have you tried join in? This product definitely helped for me might be worth checking out.

Good morning, had a pretty shit push workout yesterday. Couldn’t mentally get into it and my shoulders were feeling crunchy. Been struggling to get my head into the sessions the past few times. I started off with some side laterals which felt ok, Front raises were pulling my bicep and front Delts a bit, done some upright rows with the dumbells which actually felt pretty good then moved onto flat bench press and it just didn’t feel right it felt heavy and my shoulder wasn’t co operating so I called it a day after a few shit sets. Rested all evening getting clean meals in. Weather is terrible today so I doubt I’ll be able to train!

Hi Sasa, I definitely have that before a bunch of times when pushing legs hard. However it does usually go away once I’m out the gym and I’ve relaxed and had some fresh air and some cold water! If the headaches stay I would consult a doctor.
