Good morning guys, had a great leg workout yesterday! Really went hard. Felt smashed after and was working in the evening. Fasted weight this morning was 90.9kgs so dropped a little weight. Training arms today, going to adjust the split now as we’re moving down to 5 days a week instead of 6 so playing around with things this week.

Going to take another one today and see how I feel sunday! Got around 7 weeks left of real growing time so we need to knuckle down and make sure everything is on point!! Have a great weekend bro! With me, so-far-so-good. Training is good and meal are going in, like it should be ????
Game plan this year is october. Some show in the netherlands, (because Belgium is wada control ????????)
possible 2weeks in a row to have more appriciation from the shape than only doing 1show.
Also big chance this year is doing the classic bb/physique class in stead of mens physique. Time to show them legs. So still some time to grow and getting ready to start prep ????

Good morning guys, had a chilled day yesterday and feeling quite good today. Got legs today so going to geg up get a few meals in while working then head to the gym. Thinking of adjusting the split down to 5 days a week as work is being effected by the extra training day but will speak to Justin and see what he says!

Hey buddy, when using test prop I would always inject every other day. So depending on the dosage if you only want 100mg your probably looking at 0.3ml every other day. Why are you running prop and test e? Why not just test e? Or a blend of tests like sustanon? That would make things a bit simpler and easier. I’m not a fan or GH personally.

Hi Nigel, they do train very hard and if they’re nutrition is on point which certainly will be on the pro circuit then there’s no reason while they won’t be ‘jacked’. They’re still stimulating muscle growth and still lifting some seriously heavy weight! I don’t doubt as Jamie said some of them are using PEDs however a lot of them surely are natural.

Hi Stuart, yes with a clean diet and a little cardio after training there’s no ready why you wouldn’t lose fat. Doing it post workout shouldn’t effect your training. As long as your getting good recovery.

Hey everyone! Had a really good shoulder workout yesterday. The pump was insane and I haven’t been getting the greatest pumps lately! Still feeling a bit rough so going to take a few days full rest and hoping to be 100% by Sunday or Monday! You guys training this weekend?!
