    Morning everyone! Had a pretty chilled day yday. Worked in the evening but rested most of it. Fasted weight this morning was 92.3kgs so a slight drop from Sunday morning. Training chest and Delts today! First day on the new split so excited to see how the week goes in terms of recovery etc.

    Hi Ray, I personally try and stick to solid food for breakfast but it depends on your lifestyle also. Also depends if your taking into account the fats in the eggs if they’re whole.

    Morning guys and girls! Had an awesome back session yesterday down at kings with max classic bb! Banged all my meals in. Didn’t sleep great but fasted weight was 93.1kgs. Rest day today so gonna try and rest and eat up as I’ve got chest and Delts tomorrow!

    Hi Dan, yes this is fine. I’ve don’t cardio before bed before. Fasted, post workout or pre bed are the only times I’d ever do it!

    Hey guys and girls! Had a really good chest workout yesterday! Blood volumisation was really good!! Fasted weight was 92.9kgs so up a little from yesterday! Training back today at kings!!

    Hi Robin, Deca and NPP are the same thing they just have different esters. I’m using slower acting test so easier to use slower acting deca. I currently pin 3 x weekly.

    Good morning guys, nice rest day yday. Was busy working and chilled in the evening. Got all meals in and fasted weight today was 92.7kgs. Still pushing on. Got a chest session today down at the gym of kings! Is anyone training weekend?

    Yo Louis. Can I ask why the honey is in your eating plan 3 times per day and is it proper raw manuka honey i.e. the expensive shit lol. Also what benefit does the grapefruit juice have before brekkie. How many cycles have you done before you have arrived at the dosages you are now? Back in the day as a junior and novice I took dosages I wouldn’t dream of now at 38 but hindsight is good lol. I’m smashing progress on 500mg of test now and I am more than happy with the results. Might step it up abit next cycle. cant wait to see you in next prep

    Hi Craig! The honey is just an easy way of upping calories without adding a lot more food volume. As you can see from my diet the amount of food volume itself is quite high so without adding fats for calories which can greatly affect digestion we’ve added in some simple sugars. Also it’s not the expensive shit it’s just normal rowse honey from the supermarket! The grapefruit juice is a natural laxitive which helps me go to the toilet and clear my stomach helping with digestion because when I’m eating high amounts of food I always have problems processing it. I start using anabolics 6 years ago and before this cycle I’ve never been over 500mg of test and I’ve always had good results. Justin wanted to increase the dosage slightly so I’m just following orders!!

    Hey buddy, what are you trying to achieve? Do you want to lose some body fat or gain some muscle at this moment? I personally prefer a little higher volume per bodypart if that’s something you can recover from. I’m not the biggest fan of fasting but it does work for a lot of athletes. If your trying to hit 4 days per week you could try a different kind of split to ensure your giving certain areas the right attention.

    Good morning guys, had a really good arm workout yesterday. Still not pushing max potential weight wise as my elbow seems to be on the mend and I don’t want to aggravate it! Had an awesome pump tho! Worked after the gym then rested most of the evening getting all my meals in. Was up super early this morning doing repossessions, fasted weight was 92.2kgs probably up due to lack of sleep and some food volume still in me stomach. Rest day today so just planning to work and chill and get all my food in. Chest day tomorrow.

    Hey buddy, I personally try and do anywhere from 12-20 working sets per bodypart however I do more of a traditional split.

    Good morning everyone! Had a really good Delt workout yesterday. Trained a little later than usual as work was busier and went back to work after. Got called out in the evening but all meals in was great. Forgot to weigh myself this morning. All cardio has been removed and my new diet update is available to see on the diet section. We have also come up with a new training split which is available to see in the training section. Few meals in this morning then heading to the gym after work for arms!!
