    Good morning guys and girls! Had the most stressful day at work yesterday didn’t manage to make it to the gym it was just one of those days where everything went wrong!! So I decided to take the day as rest and start fresh today. 5 rest day meals went in. Fasted weight was 93.6kgs.

    Hey buddy, I personally wouldn’t use test prop and enanthate. Just start with the enanthate and leave it there. Also not a huge fan of using HCG while on cycle. Simply don’t think it’s necessary. Cialis I would drop to 5mg eod I think that’s all that’s needed really. Is this your first cycle? Thought about added in an AI this could help with the problems you’ve been having?

    Hey buddy, I’m no expert on drugs or powerlifting at all but for strength gains for me I would probably go with test, masteron and anavar. If obviously you can’t use Tren. If I was going to use halo it would only be for a very short period of time before the comp like a week or two max. Hopefully that shouldn’t effect blood pressure too much then.

    Morning guys, had a pretty chilled rest day yday. Worked the morning then went and got a deep tissue and chilled in the evening. Rib reels a lot better and got some work done on my Glutes and lower back to free up my hips a bit! Had a meal off before bed which mainly consume of a tonne of Kentucky fried chicken. Woke up 94.7kgs but stomach doesn’t feel full so I don’t think it’s good volume probably some water retention from the food. Smashing shoulders and chest today down at kings!

    Hey everyone! Got to the gym and started training realising I had a rib in my upper back popped out so was struggling to breathe throughout the session being in quite a bit of pain! Still managed a PB on the hack! 160kg for 5+1 followed by 2 Back of sets of 140kg for 10 and then 6. I’m not sure if any of you guys have used the hack at kings but it is a very heavy hard hack machine!! Rested all evening and waking up this morning with a fasted weight of 93.7kgs my legs are absolutely smashed I can barely walk down the stairs already! What a great workout!!

    Morning everyone!! Not sure if I stated but Justin pulled cardio weeks back so haven’t been doing any. Had an incredible back session down at kings yesterday! Was joined by the shed again james and the giant in the hoodie!the accuracy of the session was superb with intense it was awesome. Didn’t sleep great last night so I have woke up very tired today. Fasted weight was 93.1kgs training legs in a few hours wish me luck!

    Do you have an other job except bodybuilding? Or is BB your main income?
    If yes, how do you plan your meals etc during work?

    Hey Tom, I don’t make much of an income from BB, I coach some guys online but not many as I don’t like to take on too many people. My main occupation is a locksmith so I’m on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This is my main income. It’s not always easy to fit meals in when working and cook them etc as it can be go go go but just have to try my best to make it work. What do you do buddy?
