Hey Louis, do you have a set time everyday for training? Or is it largely dependent on your work schedule?
Nice to see the weight skyrocketing. Is it reflecting on your strength?
And obligatory request to post up the shoulder/chest session haha… Would like to see how you program a touch up chest session ????Hey buddy, I aim for 12-1pm for training as that’s when my training partner finishes work however yes it is work dependant for me as I can get called to work anytime! Lunchtime is also the best time I feel for me to train energy wise etc. Strength is increasing all over the panel yes which is good. I don’t want to just be gaining water/fat. No worries buddy I will post it below!!! Not a problem!!

Hi Ellis, what’s your diet like?! How many carbs you taking in? As Kuba said tren shouldn’t flatten you out it’s probable more diet/ activity related.

Morning! After feeling a bit rough yday I went out to work then came home and had breakfast and literally laid in bed or on the sofa ALL day watching tv resting and eating my meals! Activity was very low. I got called out to work at 8pm then came back home then got called out again at 11pm and came back and went to bed. Got all my meals in inbetween. Slept pretty well feeling a bit better today but my face feels a bit puffy my fasted weight was 96.1kgs which is definitely some water and good volume due to my activity being so low yesterday it’s never usually that low! Training shoulders with chest touch up today down at kings gym official!!

Hi Mark, as Corinne mentions there is already a lot of information on the site so check that out!! Also how did you went to programme that? So your going to do upper 3 times then lower once? Or do you mean for instance push pull legs rest upper lower rest?

Morning everyone!! Had a really good arm workout down at kings yesterday! The pump was real! I was behind on food as I missed me pre workout meal so I stayed up late getting that extra meal in ontop! Can’t be missing meals at that stage! Woke up this morning and the food was still sitting on my tummy so I left for work without eating but I’ll head back soon to start getting today’s meals in. Fasted weight was 95.1kgs but that’s definitely food volume! Rest day today so plan is to chill as much as I can got a little cold or something so trying to keep that at bay!

Hi Seth, for now I would keep food as is. Up cardio slightly for now and re assess in a few weeks. You’ve got plenty of time and you don’t want to drop food and up cardio too fast.

Hey guys! Had an awesome leg workout yesterday! Really went in hard as always! A little more hamstring dominant this week. 18 working sets total. Went straight to work after for a few hours then got home and banged out all my meals. I was absolutely shattered falling asleep on the sofa all evening. Checked in with Justin and he wants another 10lbs of solid body weight on me before we think about dieting so new diet has been uploaded in the diet section! Heading to the gym shortly for ARMS!!

Hey guys, had a absolutely cracking chest and shoulder workout yesterday down at kings! Popped to work briefly after then literally chilled all evening on the sofa getting my meals in! Got called out to work at 2am and didnt get back home till gone 3am. I also got called out early for work so have felt really tired this morning! Working now then hitting legs this afternoon at kings!!

Morning guys, nice rest day yday. Didn’t do too much. Smashed all my meals in including a nice roast dinner nothing crazy. Got some work to do this morning then I’m off to the gym for chest and Delts! Fasted weight was 93.3kgs so slowly creeping back up. Appetite is good!

Hey Emma, I do see potential here. You are very lean and could do with a little more muscle. Your calories are quite high but by the looks of it your body can take it so I could keep slowly pushing calories up and progressing on lifts in the gym. As jade mentions it does also depends what federation your looking to compete in will determine what areas you may need to work on. What fed did you have in mind?
