    Hey guys, had an awesome leg session yesterday down at kings! Leg pressed for the first time in over a month due to an injury which felt really good. Got some good hacks in and increased weight in the DB RDLs. Fasted weight was 96.6kgs.

    Hi Emily, I definitely wouldn’t drop food any lower at this point. There’s is definitely a lot of room for cardio to be increased.

    Hey guys and girls, had a really good arm workout yesterday! Pump was really good. Headed home after the gym and rested banged all my meals in felt really exhausted. Slept well but do feel tired I think it’s from being heavy at the moment for me. Fasted weight was 95.1kgs and planning to smash legs today after work!

    Hi Henry, I’m quite fortunate to have never suffered with spots on a cycle however I very rarely have spots when I’m off cycle but I am a very clean person I shower 2/3 times a day and always wearing clean clothes so all I can suggest is just doing the same. Shower gels I just use a nivea one I think and fabric conditioner I use comfort as that can effect your skin too.

    Hey buddy, I personally like to keep protein the same as while you’ve been on cycle that amount of protein you have been consuming has built that muscle tissue. So if you reduce the amount of protein your eating that may result in loss of muscle in my opinion. If you want to keep gaining and gaining as time goes on. If you want to stay as you are you might be able to get away with lowering protein intake slightly.

    Hey everyone! Had a really great chest and shoulder workout yesterday! Went to work straight after for a few hours then came home and chilled. Fasted weight was 94.7kgs and I checked in with Justin so we will see later if he has any changes or anything. Back in the gym lunchtime for ARMs!!

    Hey guys and girls! Had a chilled day yesterday resting and getting my meals in. Got called out to work and done a food shop but other than that I was at home resting. Fasted weight today was 95.4kgs and I’m training chest today!!

    Hi Steve, it might be easier to drink liquid carbs with your protein before gym. That should digest a lot quicker and easier. Eating immediately post workout is fine however I don’t like to take in fats post workout so you may want to reconsider your protein source.

    Hi mate do you mean like a fast acting carb pre workout. The oats I have are just from my protein the grounded ones I just mix with my protein shake. Is their a reason to not having fats post workout. Thanks for the reply [/quote]
    Hi Steve, it’s a little higher in fat than say ground rice which would digest a lot easier but even something like cyclic dextrin would be much easier and faster absorbed to fuel you for the workout, similar with the post workout the fats will slow down the digestion and absorbtion of the nutrients and post workout you want all nutrition to be absorbed as quickly as possible!

    Morning everyone! Had a really good back workout yesterday. I was pretty shattered so I took my time and got all the work done. Strong workout. Popped to work after then chilled the evening watching the Arnold Classic. Fasted weight today was 94.9kgs and today is a rest day!

    Morning guys! Had such a good shoulder and chest workout yesterday down at kings!! Had to rush off to work after then started getting some food in. Slept well. Fasted weight 94.5kgs so probably lost a little water and food volume from the rest day. Back in the gym today for BACK!!
