    Hi Neil, personally I would drop to 125mg test, start increasing food and get bloods done in 8 weeks and assess.

    Morning guys, had a really good arm workout down at kings yesterday. Works been a bit dead so tried to do some food shopping with no luck. Chilled in the evening getting all my meals in. Slept OK but feeling shattered today. Fasted weight was 95.5kgs so back up a little. Training legs today!!

    Hey everyone!! Had an awesome chest and delt workout with James and Damien down at kings yesterday! Lifted some good weight and got a great pump! Fasted weight this morning was down to 94.5kgs not sure why. Will speak to Justin today. Training ARMs down at kings with james and Damien again!

    Hey buddy, what’s the reason for adding? Personally I usually add cardio on training days to begin with fasted usually as I like to keep rest days fully rested.

    Morning guys, had a pretty chilled one yday. Slept ok but did wake up tired. Fasted weight was 96.0kgs so still holding. Training chest and shoulders down at kings today after work and off to work after too! Need some food shopping too but not much about!

    Hi Adam, this is week 10 on this cycle and probably won’t run for much longer maybe a few more weeks.

    Hi Craig, the only negative side I could see to this is if it has an effect on your recovery. It doesn’t seem like it would so I wouldn’t have a problem with it.

    Hey everyone. Had a really good back session down at kings yesterday with big @timaspinall after a discussion with Justin we decided to add more volume into the workout so we added 2 more exercises adding up to 6 more working sets. Really felt it and was exhausted after the session. Phenominal workout. Rest day today so just planning to chill and get meals in.

    Hi Adam, just the Test and deca cycle as we removed dbol a while back. Gains have been good, progressing on lifts and increasing in body weight!

    Hi Steve, are you still losing weight? If so keep it the same until you stop losing weight. Then increase duration. I wouldn’t increase intensity for cardio at this point.

    Heyyy had a awesome Delt and chest session yesterday down at kings. Went suit shopping after which was unsuccessful. Need to order a huge one online then get the tailor to make it not look like a tent on me! Chilled in the evening watched a horror movie. Fasted weight was 96.3 so been at a solid 96ish for the past few days which is good. Training back down at kings today with the giant in the hoodie and @timaspinall hopefully kick his ass in the gym after he’s had some time off!!

    Morning everyone! Rest day yesterday! Managed to get a decent sleep. Fasted weight was 96.1kgs. Training Delts and Chest down at kings this afternoon then got plenty of food shopping and meal prep to do this evening!
