    Hi buddy, I would probably reduce calories depending how intense you can make your home workouts. If your on a bulk and can still train relatively hard I wouldn’t reduce food toooo much.

    Morning guys! Managed to do a tiny bit of legs yday with what we had. Some very light squats, RDLs, Walking Lunges, Wall Hack Squat thing and lying DB leg curls! It wasn’t ideal but it was better than nothing! Fasted weight was 95.4kgs going to take a rest day today!

    Morning guys! Managed to train a chest and delt session yesterday which was great. Spend the rest of the day chilling at home trying to organise my training from now as the acces has been shut down now so I will be training from a friends garage with just a barbell! Going to head there today after a few meals and see how we get on with leg day!

    Ozeezus, I only pin once per week on cruise doses with a longer acting ester like enanthate or cypionate.

    Good morning everyone, managed to train back yesterday. Really good workout. Came home and started gathering some weights to set up some sort of home gym kind of thing. Hoping to try and do some sort of push workout today. Weight has dropped its down to 94.5kgs fasted this AM.

    Hi Ryan, I personally would just switch it up to keep cardio more interesting. You should be able to roughly figure out a similar intensity on each different Peice of equiptment and stick with that so intensity doesn’t differ.

    Good morning guys, in light of the news of closing of all gyms I think we have all been struggling to figure out what to do with our training and nutrition. I spent most of the day yesterday coming up with plans for my clients to try and figure out what we can do. For myself I have altered my training to 3 x per week. Push Pull and Legs with super high volume in each workout as exercise selection will be scarce. I personally do not have any access to any gym or even gtm equiptment at home so I will be relying on other people to help me which makes the training uncertain at best. Hopefully I can manage 3 x workouts per week. I plan to keep my nutrition the same as it is now however dependant on how my body responds to less training I have no doubt I will have to adjust. I have also reduced my cycle down to cruise of 200mg Test Per Week. The goal is to hold onto as much tissue as possible through this period.

    Hi Keith,

    It depends what your split is really. I actually have a 2 week rotation so I will load my lower back with deadlifts on back day on week 1 and then load my lower back with BB RDLs on Leg day on week 2.

    Usually enough of a break for me!

    Good morning guys! Had a really good shoulder and chest workout yesterday down at kings! Strength was great and managed to keep injuries at bay! Went home after and chilled. Obviously got the bad news last night about gyms closing down. I’m not sure what I’m going to do. Do you guys have any plans in terms of training and nutrition?! My fasted weight today was 95.5kgs so down a little.

    Hey buddy, I think depending on the training facilities you have calories will probably need to be reduced through this period.

    Hey guys! Had a good rest day yday! Not much work on at the moment so done as much food shopping as possible and then chilled in the evening! Fasted weight was 96.4kgs and I’ll be smashing delts and pecs down at kings today!!

    Hi JGC, I do actually get this from time to time. I had a dude from the gym do some work on my neck and traps with one of those massage guns and he showed me some stretched which seem to be helping. If that doesn’t help I would see a specialist!

    Absolutely smashing leg workout yesterday down at kings with James and Damien! Headed straight home after and rested! Got all my meals in and my fasted weight today was 96.1kgs. Rest day today pretty much got a chilled one planned get all my food in and rest up for Delts and pecs tomorrow!!
