hey Louis. Hope you are well mate. are you still keeping food low and have you started your cruise now? Will you increase food whilst cruising?

Hey Josh, I have been cruising for 2 weeks now on 250mg Test, 50mg Masteron & 2iu GH. Food has been moderate but I haven’t lost any weight. I’ve had a really stressful week and after a discussion with James today I have decided just to increase my food. My body is stressed so it needs to relax and it will balance out in its own time. I am carrying a lot of water but it will go when it’s ready. I’ve slightly increased my carbs today and I will get a new diet together and post it after the weekend. Going to try a few things and see how they sit. How’s your diet and training going?

Hi Louis. how you finding GH I know it’s 1st time you’ve used it? Yeah all good so far. 5lbs down a week n half in hopefully it will steady up. 10 weeks to go. Food still relatively high I’m an active guy which helps plus cardio and intense training I don’t need to starve myself….. Yet!![/quote]
To be honest I’ve only been on the GH for 4/5 days now and I haven’t noticed anything I’m not sure what I’m supposed to notice as like I said I’ve never used before and I’m sure it takes some time to have some effect anyway so I’ll give you guys a review soon! That’s good you’ve got plenty of time it’s good to keep the food high if you can and hold onto that muscle!

If you mean post workout it shouldn’t really effect your weight training it will just deplete your glycogen stores even more before having your post workout meal.

Hey Buddy, once again same as Ryan I don’t count carbs from veg. Some ideas below:

    Salmon, Broccoli
    Salmons, Eggs
    Steak, Veg
    Steak, Eggs
    Chicken Thighs, Peppers
    Chicken Breast, Salad, Olive Oil
    Cod, Veg Olive Oil
    Whole Eggs, Turkey Rashers

There are a lot of choices buddy above are just some of the ones I use. You’ve probably seen on my social media as I usually have atleast 2 ProFat meals everyday.

Hey buddy, I agree with Ryan in the fact of finding something that digests better. You could be over eating or be allergic to something your eating in that meal. So either try something different or lower the portion size. I know it can be easy to consume large amounts of Indian food! Burger and chips is great especially if you already have a beef and potato meal in your daily plan and that digests well. Cutting or Bulking it doesn’t really matter just try and control the portion size as I said before. Unless it’s effecting your weight/fat loss. I love food so my cheat meals are pretty intense! In the offseason I will have 2/3/4 cheat meals a week no problem. However when I’m pre contest I do not eat off plan at all. No cheat meals for me!

Good evening guys, rest day today. I did plan to do a no carb day today to help try and lose this water weight as after 3 full days of super clean eating moderate food my bodyweight has not dropped at all. I am physically and mentally quite stressed at the moment so as noted in my post above I’ve decided to slightly increase my carb intake and try not to stress about the water my body is carrying. It will go in its own time. Now I need to focus on training hard and heavy and eating enough to grow some tissue. Also keeping myself mentally satisfied at the same time! James is away for the weekend so I’m training my next cycle alone. Any questions about my next few days of training and nutrition feel free to hit me up below guys! Louis

Hey buddy, I eat this a lot! Plenty of salt and pepper! Also can add some garlic powder and onion powder when cooking to add a little flavour! I do use some Heinz green label ketchup which helps! I also tend to add a little water into it before microwaving to moisten up the beef a little!

Hey buddy, nothing wrong with doing interval cardio on rest days. It’s great for fitness and will probably help with metabolism and digestion throughout that day if you do it early. Personally I usually stick with LISS as I find that works better for me but it’s definitely not a bad idea to try and see how your body responds.

I do believe having a coach in the offseason can be productive as it will help them learn about your body to prepare you for a pre contest phase. It can also help keep you on line and not go off the rails when it comes to nutrition.

Hey guys! Hope you’ve had a good day and had some great workouts! I finished work late last night got home around 1am, are my last meal and went to bed! Had a busy day today working and managed to squeeze in a really good pull workout with james which I was actually an hour late for! We killed it anyway! Then went back to work and just got home now it’s 9.45pm. Managed to grab some food prep meals from the gym to keep me going as I haven’t had time to meal prep but the macros are pretty good so it’s all good. One more meal left then off to bed! What did you guys train today?

I agree with Jamie, you need to establish a great connection with both biceps and triceps. You need to make sure that muscle is doing the work and not surrounding supporting muscles. Personally for me I like to train them less frequently and with less volume but with a lot more accuracy. I find this works for me but it’s not true for everyone as I’ve had training partners before with great and huge arms that train them with bad form and high volume and more regularly however I’ve tried that approach and it didn’t seem to work for me. I always try to train all bodyparts with great accuracy and connection.

  • Personally I think either is fine! I prefer fasted as for me it tends to help me digest food throughout the rest of the day but during prep I usually get to a point where I’m doing some post workout too as I don’t like to do too much in one sitting so I would split the cardio up fasted and post workout.

Good evening everyone! Crazy day today! Got called out to work in the morning then ended up having a car accident around lunchtime so had a lot of stress trying to get that sorted! Got into the gym around 2pm and absolutely KILLED legs with James! Such a great workout. Took my mind off the stress a little. Nutrition has been exactly the same as except meal 6 will have turkey meatballs and brown pasta to add some additional carbs for leg day! Any questions about the workout hit me up below guys! Good evening guys! Planned to do some fasted cardio but got called out to work! Smashed a great push workout with James today with the legendary Chris filming for the site! Today’s nutrition is as follows.. meal 1 was 6 Whole free Range eggs with 5 turkey rashers, meal 2 was 200g chicken thighs with roasted peppers/tomatoes/mushrooms, meal 3 which was pre workout meal was 450g Skyr yoghurt with 4 caramel Ricecakes! Used 2 x Servings of MPS Max Intra workout, got home and tested my blood glucose reading which was well in range at 3.6 so meal 4 consisted of 50g whey isolate along with 150g cereal and a banana. A few hours later I had meal 5 which was 200g beef (made in a stew) and 2 cups of white rice and for my last meal before bed meal 6 I will have 200g chicken thighs and the roasted pepper/tomato/mushroom combo! Tomorrow’s nutrition will be the same, training legs with the big man in the afternoon so hopefully get some fasted cardio done before work too to try and get some of this water weight off! Any questions about the workout or my nutrition at the moment just hit me up below guys! Have a nice evening!
