Hey buddy, personally when I’m on low doses of test I like to keep my calories high to help maintain that muscle tissue. I think if you drop calories low and your Anabolics are low too you can be at higher risk of losing muscle tissue. That’s just my two cents and how I do things though.

Hey everyone, I didn’t end up training in the end yesterday! I came over with a really bad migraine and felt really sick so I banged in as many meals as I could and then went to bed early! I was up all night with really bad pains in my upper back neck and head which was not ideal. Anyway I’ve woken up feeling ok today so I went out to work early and now I’m about to slap some prepare in and head to the gym for those RDLs. Anyone down kings this weekend?

Hi Niall, I do definitely get this. Sometimes I leave it 30-60 mins before having my post workout shake. Especially during legs and back my CNS shuts down and my body doesn’t want to do anything at all! Try and force it in as soon as you can then crack on with the rest of your meals!

Hey guys and girls! Had an awesome arm workout yesterday down at kings! Went and good a deep tissue massage after on my upper back and my pecs Delts and biceps as I’ve been really tight in that area the past week or two. Then chilled at home eating my meals and resting the rest of the day! Got work this morning after a little lie in and then I’ll be smashing hamstrings later on so hopefully get some good reps on the RDLs!!

Hey Robin, cardio and light food does help me. I try to avoid a lot of liquid around meals. Mental drive will help you forces them meals in when you don’t really want them. In terms of supps I’ve only really used Insure.

Hey everyone! Had a really hard but good quad workout yesterday at kings. Progressed on every lift and I was beat the hell up afterwards! Had my post workout shake and went home and got in bed!!! Banged a few more meals in but I was up until 1.30/2am doing paperwork last night so I am feeling smashed today! Gotta slap a few meals in today then probably crank out some arms.

Hey guys! Change of plan yesterday! Ended up hitting chest and shoulders yesterday which was a great workout! Went to work after then chilled in the evening then went to a few callouts after midnight so woke up very tired and run down today! Upper body is super tight today! Planning to smash quads today! Let’s hit some PBs!!

Hey mate! How are you enjoying being under Justin’s guidance? Finding it beneficial having someone else delegate a plan you just need to stick to rather than over thinking your own?
I ran my last offseason and prep under him also ????

Hi Matt, I am enjoying working with Justin. We are still fine tuning things having digestion issues etc as I have a lot of problems with this but he’s easy to work with. I haven’t had much experience working with people before I’ve always kind of done my own diet or James has done my diet for me so it’s new. It’s easier like you say but you still need to work together because I need to give him feedback on how my body is responding and then we can come up with other options. How did you find working with him? I have heard mixed things.

Yeah it deffinetly always takes some fine tuning!
Overall pretty decent, I’m not going to say anything negative on a public forum about anyone. But considering how many clients he has I was very surprised at how quickly he always responded regardless if it was a question or check in[/quote]
Hi Matt, totally understand. Yes he is great at responding. We shall see!

Hi Nick, there’s definitely nothing wrong with doing that. However I do personally prefer to utilise different protein sources. As the guys above say it can me much easier to manipulate calories by switching protein sources as they do tend to vary in fat. However will this effect your ability to build muscle tissue! Most probably not.

Hey guys and girls! Had an awesome back workout yesterday! Smashes calves after too! Progressing slightly on all lifts which is great. Managed to get all 6 meals in again. Fasted weight was 91.6 so it’s levelling out now. Justin might potentially push food up again next week we will see. Rest day today so going to try and chill as much as possible ready for quads tomorrow!

Hi Bradley, as Clare says it doesn’t really matter. Personally I’d add them all on around training and leave the latter meals the same but it doesn’t really
Matter as long as whole macros for the day are consumed.
