Keep us posted and next time it stalls send another pic in so we can advice you from that.

Hey everyone! Had an awesome chest workout yesterday with the lads down at kings! Chest pump was insane!! Really good workout. Chilled all evening and slept ok. Up early for work forgot to measure my fasted weight but do feel a bit heavier. Few meals deep and heading off to the gym to train arms!

Hi Brad, it is a beneficial supplement offseason and pre contest. I have 1 or 2 caps with each meal depending on the amount of carbs in that particular meal.

Hey guys, had a really good hamstring session yesterday. Managed some PBs on the RDLs, 200 x 6, 180 x 6 then 160 x 6. All my rep ranges are 8-6 so was happy to get minimum 6 on all those sets. Done some lying curls, adductor work and some lying dumbells curls, seated curls to finish them off then smashed a 5 set high Rep calf super set. Got work again this morning then planning to smash chest at kings with Simon Brooker and Big Damien!

Hi Dean, it’s all a mental game really. If you want to enjoy food just enjoy it buddy. If you do really want to keep it clean then I would suggest largely increasing your calories. I’m at a point right now where I’m eating so much clean food the thought of any junk food makes me feel sick! It’s not a nice place to be in trying to force growth but atkeast I don’t get the cravings. Might be worth trying that or Atleast implementing clean foods that you enjoy into your nutrition plan so you can enjoy food within your macros and stop cravings.

didn’t compete I was going to but wasn’t happy with my luck so I plan to this year. I was cutting from June 2019 and got in good shape but weight crashed to much and lost a lot of tissue. So wat I’m doing now for 6 week while I cruise is use these 6 weeks to fill back out abit while trying to keep most of condition then after 6 week blast again and cut, that make sence???[/quote]

Afternoon, had a great shoulder session yesterday down at kings. Strength was really good but I never really train my shoulders overly heavy as I’ve had many injuries in the past so I tend to just focus on contractions and getting a good connection. Had a good deep tissue after which relieved a lot of stress in my neck and traps. Got work today then heading to the gym for hamstrings. Bring on the RDLs!!

Heyyyy guys! Had a great quad session today. Went slightly heavier on the squats no major numbers but just keeping it hitting the right places. Came home banged a few meals in then went to work and slapped a few more meals ontop and went to bed. Slept ok got about 6 hours in. Fasted weight was 91.9kgs. Excited to hit a shoukder session today and get a deep tissue after try and sort this back out!

Push done and dusted today to kick of the training week!! I have a niggle in my back which I’m getting treatment on tomorrow!! It’s been affecting me from pressing effectively!! So hopefully he can find the route cause and sort it out for me xx

Hey guys and girls. Managed to get some good rest in yesterday. Woke up feeling good this morning weight was 91.3kgs I believe. Having just one meal then heading straight to the gym today for quads!

Good morning, had a really good back workout yesterday! Got some good meals in after and went to the cinema so had a chilled evening! Got called out at 1am and again at 5am to work so sleep was pretty shit! Had a little lay in this morning and fasted weight was 91.1kgs. Rest day today so really need to try and rest as much as possible before quads tomorrow!
