Hi Buddy, looks good to me. I train a bit more volume personally but if your killing your 2 working sets it is enough. I would personally add another delt isolation movement into push 1. I would also put bent over rows a little earlier in the workout in pull 1. Again with race pulls in pull 2 I would move them to exercise 2 personally then move onto other isolations after. The leg workouts look good.

Hi Onvi, definitely check your blood pressure. It happens to me often and my blood pressure is fine. Being on cycle does increase my body temperature.

Hey guys, had a great arm workout yesterday. I trained a little lighter and with a little high rep ranges due to this elbow problem. It was fine and only just started to get a little sore towards the end of the workout. I went to a wedding in the evening and got back late but managed to get about 6 hours sleep so not too bad. Got work this morning then training chest at kings with the giant in the hoodie.

Hi Illazilla, it’s person dependant really and also depends what you want to make you happy. In the offseason I try to hit my macros and if I want a choc bar ontop that’s fine. As long as I’m in a surplus that’s ok. I get caught out at work sometimes so have to throw in a nandos wrap every now and then and if for social events I want to eat off plan I will because I know when it comes to pre contest I will not give myself any freedom but that’s just me I think most importantly you have to do what makes you happy buddy.

Hey, had a good back workout yesterday down at kings. Elbow was giving me a lot of pain but managed to push through. I was shattered afterwards and luckily managed to get a decent sleep last night. Food as been slightly adjusted and increased by justin so I’ll post that in my diet section when I get a chance! Training arms after work today but going to pull back the weight a little bit due to this elbow issue.

Hi Buddy, have to agree with Kuba that Clen and Yohimbine are very effective for me also. I have used l carnitine before and it kinda made me feel like shit if I’m honest!

Good morning, had a great leg session down at kings yesterday! Been getting some slight pain in my adductor during leg press lately so had to go easy on that. Worked all night late and got work this morning before hitting kings for back late afternoon!

Hey guys and girls. I never ever post progress pictures on social media but I thought I’d share an update with you guys that follow my log as you all know bodybuilding is very repetitive so it’s not easy to keep things interesting for you guys on here when I’m doing the same shit day in and day out eating the same foods and doing the same training and I’m not a 130kg bodybuilder lifting humungous weights haha so here we are. 7 weeks into working with Justin. Fasted weight was 92.5kgs (5.2kgs increase from when we started) lost a little condition but not to bad really. Gained a tonne of hair though. I do struggle to put on size, I always have and I am struggling now my food is very high, my training is very hard and heavy for me. My body feels beat up and my digestion is fucked but I’m pushing on.

Hi buddy, it’s very person independent. Depends what sort of condition your in and also how responsive you are to cardio. For me usually an hour a day of low intensity cardio is enough. I have done up to 2 hours in the past.

Hey buddy, as jimmy said sodium is very important however I wouldn’t add it into a drink! I just heavily salt all my meals.

Hi Luke, I’m the same really. My body can only take in around 20-30g of cyclic dextrin intra workout. However post workout I can consume 100g Cyclic dextrin in a shake with whey isolate fairly easily. So maybe just have them post.

Hey everyone, had an awesome back session yesterday. Spent the rest of the day with family. Had a semi decent sleep but woke up a few times in the night soaked in sweat! Fasted weight was 91.7 so a big drop from the day before. It must have just been food volume. Today is a rest day I’ve got work to go to actually but for the most part plan to rest as much as possible for a bit quad session tomorrow.

Hey buddy, as the chaps have said I would be careful buying over there. You could potentially get some good pharmaceutical stuff but it would be hard to tell if it’s real or not. Prices also vary a lot and just because a product might be super expensive it still could be counterfeit. Stick to a supplier you trust.
