Hey everyone!! I hope you all had a great xmas day! I had a pretty chilled one to be honest. Excited to get in the gym today and hit a good back workout. Try and improve my deadlifts then have another chilled evening. Been feeling very unwell so need to try and rest as much as I can so I can kick off the new year with a great start!

Merry Christmas everyone, I hope you all have a lovely day. Had a great quad session with James yesterday and then we went to the cinema in the evening. Not feeling great still and had a very restless night. Going to chill today and eat some good food. Probably train some pull tomorrow. Is anyone training today?

Rest day unfortunately mate haha. If it’s not too much pain can you post your whole training plan, like what each session looks like?

Hi Jeffy, I will start posting the workouts as I do them next week so keep an eye out! Merry Christmas.

Hi Paul, anyone can body build on a budget. Find a low cost gym membership and source cheaper food sources. Tuna, Bulk buy chicken, Beef Mince, Rice, Oats, Pasta. You can get all of these foods for very cheap. If you want to achieve it you will make it work. We are all here to help you and give you advice so just do your best and ask us if you need anything.

Hi Jamie, personally I like the elliptical as Rhea says or an Incline Walk! Sometimes the bike can be good too as long as your able to keep the intensity there.

Good morning! Had an awesome chest and Delt session at kings yesterday with James and Damien! However I was feeling really rough yesterday so pretty much rested all evening after. Woke up this morning feeling pretty bad too so I’m debating wether to train today or not knowing I’ve got a few days planned off the gym over Xmas. I’ve got work today anyway so I’ll get up and see how I feel once I’m out and about. Going to give the fasted cardio a miss today and it is check in day so I’ll see how I’m looking in pics. Fasted weight was 89.0 which is slightly down however I have missed a few meals past few days due to being ill.

Good morning guys, out early at work this morning carrying out a mental health section in Vauxhall. Didn’t get much sleep at all yesterday. Rest has really been lacking so I need to fix this if I’m going to make some good progress! Planning to head to the gym in the early afternoon and smash some chest and shoulders with James and Damien. Probably train tomorrow also and then take xmas day off. What are you guys doing training wise this week??

Sounds like the perfect plan training wise ???? I’m having to take a rest day today and then training Christmas Day with the hopes of doing legs- have access to a key code gym back home and it has the bare essentials but it will have to do ????
Haha that’s a good idea!! Create a demand for the Xmas dinner! You having the day off plan? What gym do you train at?

Yeah for sure haha. Although, I am cooking Christmas dinner so I’ll see how things go ???? I’m actually from Ireland, training at an XtremeCSC facility in Cork ☺️ and yes, I think so? I’ve just been accepted as client to Corinne so i may have to ask her permission first ????
Oh nice!!! You probably should ask politely then and hopefully she lets you have one haha

Hi Dean, cutting down on cardio could be a good idea or up your food a little to slow down the dramatic weight loss. Either will do the job!

Hi Louis this is why I’ve cut cardio out , wise choice don u think ???
Hi Dean, yes for now. Keep an eye on things like digestion and cardiovascular failure during your workouts. If both of these are fine continue without, if you start having problems introduce back in and up food.

Hey Louis, how do you feel with the 1 rest day a week with the new split? Also is the intensity the same? (all sets to failure, etc?)

Hi Jeffy. The intensity is as high as it’s ever been. I’m pushing as hard and heavy as possible on all working sets. 1 day rest is tough I’m not gonna lie but Like I’ve said I haven’t been sleeping as much as possible so I’m hoping to fix this problem and then re evaluate it. How many days do you rest?

Funny thing is my last meal used to be 300g cottage cheese 250 Greek yogurt but changed it to egg whites to lower carbs. It seems to be since then I changed it this is happening
The egg whites could be the problem. Eggs can be know to cause this and personally I can’t actually digest egg whites at all I can only eat whole eggs.

Have you tried halcyon on its own? I would try that first and see if that makes a difference before stacking with another supplement,
