Good morning guys, out early at work this morning carrying out a mental health section in Vauxhall. Didn’t get much sleep at all yesterday. Rest has really been lacking so I need to fix this if I’m going to make some good progress! Planning to head to the gym in the early afternoon and smash some chest and shoulders with James and Damien. Probably train tomorrow also and then take xmas day off. What are you guys doing training wise this week??

Hi Dean, cutting down on cardio could be a good idea or up your food a little to slow down the dramatic weight loss. Either will do the job!

Hi Louis this is why I’ve cut cardio out , wise choice don u think ???
Hi Dean, yes for now. Keep an eye on things like digestion and cardiovascular failure during your workouts. If both of these are fine continue without, if you start having problems introduce back in and up food.

Hi Louis. I don’t weight veg. But I have green beans with the meals. I also have a greens shake in the morning too. That’s the amount
Hmmm, interesting then. I usually use Fibre + and Grazed by AD when I start having bad issues. Maybe try them pal?

Hey everyone!! Had a great leg workout yesterday! Hit some new PBs which was great. Felt absolutely smashed after the session so chilled at home. Got called out to work late at night but rested as much as I could. Planing to rest as much as I can today and smash a great chest workout with James and Damien tomorrow.

Hey buddy, it depends what you want really. If your worried about gaining loads of fat/water while away maybe lower calories on the days leading up to create a little demand for it and try not to go toooo mad while your away! Otherwise just enjoy yourself and work hard to get it back off after!

Hey guys, had a great back workout yesterday. Went all out on deadlifts and improved the lift by 5 reps! Worked in the evening and was up late eating! Fasted weight was 89.4kgs. Smashing legs today at kings with the big man after work in the morning!! Feeling really tired as sleep hasn’t been great! Need to get that rest in this weekend!

Back/Calves

Warm up with lat pull downs
Bodyweight Pull ups – as many sets until you reach 50 reps – strict form, straight up and down no swinging
V-Bar Pulldowns – elbows tucked in in front of you – 3 sets
Low Row – 3 sets
Chest Supported Dumbbell Row(lay belly down on incline bench) 3 sets
Deadlifts from floor – 3 sets(you will need to warm up to your weight here since your lower back hasn’t worked much)
Prone DB Shrug Row – 3 Sets
Standing Calf Raises supersetted with Seated Calf Raises – change rep range here to 12-15 reps – only take 40-60 second between sets – total 5 sets

ALL Working Sets 6-8 Reps To Failure

Taking a rest day today so no cardio and busy at work getting ready for training tomorrow!!
