    Hi Richard, personally I never really go over 15/20g it EAAs/ Hydro Whey intra. I also don’t go over 50h carbs which is usually from cyclic Dextrin as anything over these amounts I have problems digesting.

    Good morning, had a great hamstring and calf workout yesterday. Managed to get 180kg for 6 which isn’t back for me my back was folding a little but the form will get better! Followed up with lying curl, good mornings and seated curl then hammered calves. Got some changes sent over from Justin in the diet and cardio has been upped due to the change in digestion which should be good for me. Planning to head out to work after cardio then smash arms at kings in the afternoon. Sleep hasn’t been great lately I need to improve on that.

    Hey buddy. Post some pics in so we can see how your looking. If your main goal is to keep getting leaner I wouldn’t stop now. Keep working. Adjust diet and cardio maybe sleep more this will
    Help push you out of fat loss plateaus.

    Good morning! Just out doing fasted cardio in the dark cold rain! Had an awesome chest and shoulder workout yesterday at kings with big Damien and James! Spent some more time
    With the family in the evening then headed home to check out this new actifry thing. Fully burnt 1kg of chicken in it! Set it for 20 mins timer but apparently after the timer runs down it doesn’t switch the thing off it keeps on cooking so 40 mins later I’m watching tv and I come back and it’s black! However after I set timers on my phone and managed to bang out some decent meatballs, Turkey steaks and some chips too. Morning weight was 89.0kgs. Digestion hasn’t been great and I am feeling very beat up and tired. Been back on cycle for 1 week now should should start kicking in soon.

    Hey buddy, I personally have less than 300mg a day. I usually have prepare before training which has 200mg and maybe a coffee during the day which most of the time I don’t have. I would cut back a little if I was you! Over 500 does seem a little high!!

    Hi Becky, I do agree with Clare that having a diet with nutrients from ALL food sources is most beneficial. I try and vary all of my protein and carbohydrate sources. I admittedly don’t eat much veg at all! However I do suggest eating a wide range of vegetables as it’s really beneficial.

    Good morning guys! Had a chilled evening and an ok sleep. I forgot to weigh myself as I had to get up early to go to work! Going to try get 3 meals in before training today. Did hamstrings however my knee has been a little funny since I done hack squats so I may switch it out for chest and shoulders. I just ordered an actifry. Has anyone used one before?

    Hi guys and girlies!! Had a good shoulder workout down at kings yesterday with big tim and big Damien! Spent the rest of the evening with family and taking today as a rest day. Feeling quite beat up from training so going to try and relax as much as possible today get some shopping done and then chill out in the evening! Have you guys had a good weekend?

    Main goal is to bring up my left side. Comp wise plan is to get leaner then last time as I was still a few lbs off. Realistically stage weight may even be lower. Not too sure on how much improvement I’ve made in my 3 tear off season [/quote]
    Hi Jon, that is a case a lot of the time. With new tissue and better condition stage weight can be lower! Excited to see your progress buddy.
