Hey everyone, had an awesome leg workout yesterday. I was actually crippled after we went to compete and utter failure. Feeling really sore today. Fasted weight was 88.4kgs again. Going to train shoulder and chest today with big Damien and big tim down at kings then got a family event in the evening.

Hey buddy, as Clare mentions they are useful supplements especially the Insure as it’s very high quality and well dosed. They also help with insulin sensitivity and blood sugar levels which can help with body fat.

Morning, had a busy day yesterday with work. It was a rest day but didn’t manage to actually get much rest! Fasted weight this morning was 88.4kgs so it’s slightly increased. Cardio has been reduced so this could be why, digestion hasn’t been as good since cardio has gone down. Training legs today with the giant in the hoodie!

Hey everyone!! Had an absolutely awesome workout yesterday. Loving the new workouts and the rep ranges are definitely breaking down some muscle tissue! Worked most of the evening then chilled but got called out around midnight so very tired today. Rest day today so no cardio. Need to try and rest today and hit a big leg session tomorrow!!

Deadlifts for me too yesterday! How did you find just training arms, that must be quite different for you? What does the new split look like, sounds like its different to the PPL approach?
Hi Lewis, to be honest I really enjoyed it. I had a great workout. It is slightly different to push pull legs! The full rotation is in the training section of my log!

Hi J, if your really trying to get lean I would just take xmas day off. Keep it strict at all other times. Depends how bad you want it really. I always have a more chilled approach around Christmas so I purposely never set any goals to be lean around this time. If you want to get shredded stay on the plan!

Hi Rotties, i personally am not a fan of weight gainers at all. In my opinion you’d be better off drinking a whey isolate or whey concentrate however add some peanut butter or some other fat source of a carb powder into it to increase the calories. This way you know exactly what’s going into it.

Good morning, fasted weight today was 87.8kgs. Had an awesome back workout yesterday. The volume on the new plan is slightly higher than normal which will take some getting used to. Done deadlifts for the first time in years! Had a busy evening of work so didn’t get to rest much. Due a rest day today, however I’m really busy tomorrow so I’m going to train today and take tomorrow off. Think today will he arm day so I can get a little rest in before quads on Thursday!

Good Morning! Had a great chest and shoulder workout with James and Damien yesterday. Filmed by the one and only Big Chris!! Hit some good weight on incline press which I was happy with. Great workout overall and good to have James back in the gym even if it was just for one day!! So the past few months I’ve been in talks with Justin Compton about taking control of my offseason and last night he sent over the new plan. Excited to get started and really start to try and build some good quality tissue over the upcoming months. The new diet plan, training split and new cycle has been posted in my profile section so feel free to have a look! Heading to the gym this afternoon for back and calves which will be my first day on the new plan! Have a great day guys!

Just for the fact that as you’ve said the protein does lose a lot of weight from water when it’s cooked. As long as you stick to one way through the whole duration of prep or offseason either way is fine.

You shouldn’t have a problem with normal rice however I would cook it yourself in a rice cooker to make sure there’s no more additives or anything. Maybe try small amounts to begin with!
