Hey buddy, when using test prop I would always inject every other day. So depending on the dosage if you only want 100mg your probably looking at 0.3ml every other day. Why are you running prop and test e? Why not just test e? Or a blend of tests like sustanon? That would make things a bit simpler and easier. I’m not a fan or GH personally.

Hey Louis, hope you’re well! I can see you putting in the work. ????
Test Prop to kick start after a 6 week off of drugs completely. Any advise is welcome just need to get back what I had before.

Thanks buddy! All I can advise is to keep things simple and train hard and eat plenty! Forgot to mention I wouldn’t inject sub q I would only inject intramuscular.

Hi Nigel, they do train very hard and if they’re nutrition is on point which certainly will be on the pro circuit then there’s no reason while they won’t be ‘jacked’. They’re still stimulating muscle growth and still lifting some seriously heavy weight! I don’t doubt as Jamie said some of them are using PEDs however a lot of them surely are natural.

Good morning guys and girls! Had a nice rest day yesterday! Activity was quite high but had a decent sleep! Current weight is around 91kgs so hoping to push that up a bit over the next 7/8 weeks! How much do you guys like to push your weight over your past competition weights in the offseason?

Hi Stuart, yes with a clean diet and a little cardio after training there’s no ready why you wouldn’t lose fat. Doing it post workout shouldn’t effect your training. As long as your getting good recovery.

Hi, the diet planner will give you a basic amount of what you should be eating. If you’ve been following it for a month now and put on weight then now you can start reducing calories from the planner or increasing activity. You’ll have to keep adjusting to suit how your body is responding. Has your composition changed at all in the last month?

Hi DB, have you tried something like skyr yoghurt and Ricecakes? I used to have that 45 mins before training and would digest super easily.

Morning! Had a nice evening out with the lads last night! It was nice to have a little meal off. Didnt stuff my face too much. Had a pretty decent sleep and just eaten meal 1. Fasted weight was 91.3kgs this morning so the weight is slowly climbing back up! I’m out to work then popping into GymBeast supplement shop to see how the JP line has been doing. Then headed to kings for a nice big heavy back session!

Hi Jonny, could you not introduce some of the training into your original routine! What sort of condition are you in now? Could you add additional things into your routine?
