Good evening guys! Had an awesome sleep and felt great this morning. Had a few meals but got delayed to the gym because Damien got stuck at work! Started off with adductors done 3 heavy working sets. Then moved on to barbell RDLs done a set of 200kgs for 5 then a set of 180kgs for 8. Moved onto hack squats after this and it felt really heavy. Only managed 140kgs for 10 then backed off to 120kgs for 12. Definitely felt a bit exhausted after the RDLs. Moved onto lying leg curls done 3 working sets then leg extensions for 3 working sets and finished with seated calf raises for 4 working sets. Off to the dentist now then heading out for a Ruby Murray with the Lads.

Hey Buddy, Hilly has given you some great figures to start with so try them and just track your progress and adjust accordingly depending on what your goal is.

Hey guys! Had a really productive rest day yesterday. I literally was in bed all damn day! Woke up feeling a lot better this morning. Headed to the gym to train chest and delts with James and Damien! No elbow pain when pressing which was really good so just going to get my meals in the rest of the evening and chill before I smash legs tomorrow!

what have you actually done to your elbow?
and what is the current plan with Justin? continuing to add size at the moment I assume…but do you have a comp date in mind?

Hey Corinne! I don’t know what I’ve done to it! I just get this pain that shoots down my forearm and up to my bicep when I’m pressing. Trying to train around it at the moment and back off the weight a little trying not to aggravate it! Yes we’re still trying to build some muscle as we have a little time yet before prep would start. The goal is the last 2bros regional to qualify for the pro qualifiers after that so fingers crossed I can build enough and hold it during the diet! Justin seems confident so I’m just going by what he says!

Hey guys and girls. Had a really good back session down at kings with big Damien. Bumped into james Kuba and Jamie as they were holding the uk pro tour seminar so it was nice to have a catch up with them!! Headed home after with some bad cramps so the activation was good! Banged all my meals in and had a half decent sleep! Rest day today so just planning to chill and get some food in trying to rest as much! Back in the gym tomorrow!

Hi BH, I wouldn’t worry about it too much. As haider says I would try and keep calories high so you don’t lose much weight while your away! I always end up losing weight when I’m away as it’s not as easy to get all my food in. Especially when drinking!

Hey everyone! Had a good chest workout yesterday. Pump wasn’t the best but the numbers were good. No strength has been lost at all. Went to work after the gym then headed to a family thing and had an early ish night. Training back down at kings this afternoon!!

Hey Buddy, as Clare mentions it does vary from federation to federation. However judging by the pic maybe a little more Delt and Pec could see you a little further. Saying that if you want to compete there’s nothing stopping you from getting in shape, doing a first timers show and seeing where you stand. Then you can send some better pictures into the forum and we can give you some proper feedback.

I think it’s being held in Birmingham, at the same place they have bodypower currently. [/quote]
That’s not a bad location to be fair!

Good morning guys and girls! Had a really really good leg workout yesterday! Hit PBs on every movement. Went home and literally died! Fell asleep and when I woke up I felt I’ll and sick and only managed to eat 1 meal. Legs are crippled this morning and I’ve woken up more ill than I was yesterday so decided to take a day off the gym today and focus on getting all my meals in and resting and then get back in for a good chest workout tomorrow!

Hi Craig, you definitely don’t look that fat but ultimate it depends what your goal is. If you don’t have any competition in mind just yet I would keep pushing on. Then when your off cycle I would keep calories the same and keep training hard and hold onto what you’ve built. Then when you decide to go back on a cycle you could put yourself in a deficit to lose a little fat. I don’t like dropping calories while on a cruise personally so just time it how you feel best.

Hey guys, had a great shoulder workout yesterday! Felt really strong, not much elbow pain at all! Didn’t push the weight too heavy but what I did lift felt really good!! Worked after the gym was quite busy, banged a few meals in then got to bed! Got a bad cold/flu kinda thing but with having the weekend off I feel like I need to crack on with training but I will review if I don’t seem to recover!
