Probably due to the activity being a lot less. For check ins it doesn’t really matter I would just let the coach know if it’s a rest day or training day so they can keep an eye!!

Hey buddy, I would just stick to a healthy balanced diet. Good clean protein and carb sources and some really good healthy fats.

Hey everyone! Just out doing my fasted walk! It’s quite cold today! Had a chilled one yesterday. Went to work after breakfast then popped into Kingston to do some shopping with James and we grabbed lunch. Then I got home and rested put a few films on. I got called out in the evening then got back and finished the film. Feeling tired this morning even though sleep was ok! Pretty much got DOMS all over so not sure what will train today!

Hi Stu, as hilly said I do keep them the same. However if performance starts to drop then I will increase calories to keep that strength and muscle.

Good morning! Had an awesome pull session with Damien yesterday. Strength was pretty good so I am happy! Went out for food in the evening! Rest day today, just met up with James for breakfast at Spilt Milk in Carshalton. Got some work to do and shopping!

I do drink alcohol yes. Not very often but only at social events in the offseason. I don’t drink alcohol on prep. I’m also around 5’9” sorry I missed in the last post!!

Hey guys and girls!! Had a great push workout yesterday. Felt quite strong. Not at my maximum but not too bad. Felt a little under the weather after training and headed out to an event in the evening. Had a few clean meals while I was out so it was a good evening. Fasted weight was 87.4kgs. Got a pull session planned in this afternoon will let you know how it goes!!

Hey buddy! Anabolics are 125mg Test/ week at the moment. Just a low cruise for now. Diet is posted in my diet section as well as this is posted in my cycle section so you guys can keep up to date with that at all times!!

Hey Buddy, I personally have SKYR yoghurt with either oats or squares. I usually have this around 60-90 mins before training to make sure it’s fully digested. Then I’ll have my pre workout prepare around 15 mins before training. This gives me the best pump.

Good morning! Wasn’t feeling too good yesterday but managed to get 4 clean meals in and an early night! Morning weight was 87.5kgs. Got a busy day of work ahead hoping to smash push inbetween work during the day!

Hi, I personally do like to eat animal protein but I do have whey in my diet. I know guys that eat whey for 4/5 of their daily meals and it works so I don’t think it makes much of a difference!
