Hey buddy, I find it useful to keep an eye on weight however I don’t obsess about it. When my weight stops increasing or decreasing in a deficit or surplus then I just adjust my activity or nutrition accordingly. I know you have a demanding job so you may need to start increasing calories.

Good morning, just out doing my fasted walk. Weight was 88.4kgs so slightly down after rest day. Training legs at kings today! Time to kill a big session. I haven’t trained legs since before japan so this should be an interesting one! Will definitely be sore after!! What sort of volume do you guys do for legs?

Hey guys and girls!! Had a great pull session down at kings yesterday! Followed Rheas plan that Jordan has made for her which was a great workout. A lot of exercises I don’t usually do so it was good to mix it up. She is also extremely strong so it was pushing me to keep up haha! Went to bed early last night so slept quite well. Rest day today, just waiting for bailiffs to turn up at an eviction. Got a big leg session tomorrow so looking forward to that!

Hi Buddy, I personally do 25-30 mins of LISS cardio in the offseason. Not really for fat burning purposes or to stay lean. For me it’s more to aid my digestion and create demand and appetite in my body. If I miss cardio I do notice a big difference throughout the day.
I am doing 5 days X 40 Min liss inclined. However ATM a sedentary lifestyle. Help for digestion and stress management. I get easily constipated if I don’t. The mental side is everything. I do later in the day after 4 hrs from my weight session and mostly on upper body day. On legs day not inclined. Kind of NEAT!
Is it fine… guessing?
On prep ahah I was on 1hr inclined 7/7…more 10x30sec speed. Not complaining…I do what I must do to get the lean body.
Just scared about adaptation…
Maybe switching only to a not inclined 5x40min could be better in Off season?
Thanks!
Hey Buddy, yes I mean I would always do a little less in the offseason than I would on prep but also on prep you can manipulate your calories a lot better so you shouldn’t have to chance activity too much depending on how your losing body fat!LouisMoylan

Hi Matt, I personally have never experienced any bloating using apple cider vinegar and I have taken it out of my supplement regime and put it back in many times! Have you changed anything else on your diet? Could it be another variable?

Hi Louis
I’m pretty sure it is the cause, the day I put it back in I first experienced the bloating really back so I dropped it out for 2 days and was fine, then brought it back in first day same again! Weird I know as it’s supposed to reduce bloating haha
Hi Matt, in that case just pull it out the diet and see if that helps.LouisMoylan

Hey, I think a good idea would be to include foods into your diet that you actually enjoy eating. This will cure your hunger for binging. I do tend to binge post show but then after a week I clean up my diet with cleaner foods like pasta and beef etc that I actually enjoy eating. This cures my craving for junk.

Hi, I like eating meat so for me I definitely wouldn’t stop eating it. If you don’t like eating meat or your not bothered about it then yes fine. A lot of people are going vegetarian or vegan after watching this film which is fine everyone should do what makes them happy in life.

Hi! What is the actual meal? I personally would only have carbs and protein post workout as meg has said that fats in that meal will slow down digestion and therefore absorption. You could add some fats into the pre bed meal in I tend to do that a lot with my clients.

Good morning! Went to bed early so managed to get a good sleep! Weight was 88kgs this morning as the food in Prague was more available than when I was in japan. Need to push back up to 92/93kgs in the next few months for sure. Training push this afternoon then working late this evening. I’m thinking of adjusting my training times as I usually train at midday but speak with Tim while I’ve been away is making me think that training first thing in the morning may fit my lifestyle better. How do you guys organise your training times? When do you train?

Good evening! I am back in the UK and ready to get my head down this week! Going to rest up have an early night then get back into the swing of things tomorrow with a push session. It was a good weekend away but I am missing my training and schedule at home!

Hi Adam, that’s what I really had in mind however the new 2bros rule is that you have to compete in a regional before doing a pro qualifier and the last regional is in July which really messes that schedule up!
Ahhh I completely forgot the last one was July as British is August. Shame they don’t put on one later in the year for Qualification for 2021 british.
That’s why i’m getting ready now and doing the one on 15th March. I’m not too bothered about placings there, obviously winning would be nice but it’s just to get early qualification in for Pro Quals ????_________________________________________
