Hey guys!! Had a great night in Prague last night! Arrived late and went straight out! Got up early and went shooting guns today! Going out with the lads again this evening to watch the football and then out for some drinks! Nutrition slightly out the window but I will be back ontop of things when I’m back!

Hey buddy, as the other chaps say the food can be pretty boring. However I can post them on my log next week when I’m back from my trip if you want to see so keep an eye out on my log.

Good morning guys, didn’t feel great yesterday. Me and James both felt very under the weather. We hit a late pull session which was good but we could tell something isn’t right. I’m travelling this evening so going to rest today, go to work and then fly out tonight.

If I’m going to diet down I might aswell compete because I can get peeled in less than 12 weeks. It’s a tricky one. I’m leaning towards competeing in the summer…
I completely agree on the too long of an offseason isn’t as productive. As with anyone it can just get sloppy and make it hard to come back from.
IMO i’d look at the later shows if Pro card is the goal. There’s lots of Pro qualifiers around this time of year (Oct,Nov,Dec) that you can hit in quite quick succession. I don’t believe there are that many in striking distance (travel distance) in the summer.
would give you a good 7/8months of good progression._________________________________________

Hi Adam, that’s what I really had in mind however the new 2bros rule is that you have to compete in a regional before doing a pro qualifier and the last regional is in July which really messes that schedule up!LouisMoylan

Obviously that depends how your eating now but I would consume the same calories but from clean food. Then you have to see how your body reacts and respond accordingly. Your composition will probably start changing then when you get to a point where your happy with your level of body fat and you want to increase size then up your clean calories slowly in order to build some tissue.

Morning everyone! Just out doing my fasted walk. Fasted weight today was 87.8 so another drop in weight. Trained chest and shoulders yesterday which was a good workout. I was surprisingly very strong so the break definitely done me good. I thought I would be weak due to the loss in weight and time off. I started to fade around an hour into the workout so I called it a day. I’ll catch up on triceps next week. Going to try and hit pull today with James then I’m off to the Czech Republic Friday so I’ll be off trainin for another 3 days.

Good evening guys!! Just landed back in Paris!! Such a long day it’s been!! Done our last sightseeing stuff in Tokyo last night! Then got up this morning and headed to the airport! Got a 3 hour stop over here before flying back to London tonight. Hoping to get a good nights sleep tonight then get nutrition back in place tomorrow with a big gym session! I am flying out to Czech Republic this weekend so I’ve only got a few days to train and get some clean food in!! Push Pull Legs will see me through!! Have been thinking a lot while I’ve been away about potential competitions for next year or wether to take a whole year out to improve. Wanted to know you guys thoughts? You’ve seen my training and my physique from my last show in Spain back in April. Would be good to get some feedback from you guys so any positive or negative feedback is welcome.

Two options to look at back end of year for comp or take the whole year off. With the way you approach training diet etc no reason why you can’t be fighting for a pro card in the next year. But why rush the process as I’m sure you wanna get that card next time you are on stage. What is your first instinct? [/quote]
Hi Ramsay, yes I agree. Next time I compete I want to be competitive for the pro card. However I don’t think being in a offseason for too long is productive. I always feel you get to a sticking point then it’s good to diet down and get responsive again. If I’m going to diet down I might aswell compete because I can get peeled in less than 12 weeks. Hi Nicolas, personally I have carbs with most meals on rest days. However the amounts are a lot lower than training days. For starters my pre and post workout meals are usually really high carb so they drop out for a start. Usually have a steady amount throughout the day.

Hi Nick, yes ofcourse. If your body isn’t digesting the food it simply won’t be absorbing the food. Digestion is very important, if your struggling then you’ll have to either slightly lower the volume or adjust the food sources your currently using for something more digestible.

Good morning guys and girls! My fasted weight this morning was 88.2kgs. I did have a feeling I would be lighter than I was before I left! Need to scrape back that weight now over December peroid. Just out doing some fasted cardio then I’ll have meal 1 and head off to work. Hopefully train just after lunch then get back and do some paperwork this evening and get an early night!

Sounds like you are having a blast! Always wanted to go to Japan, just the food puts me off as I always assume its sushi or other seafood (not a fan of any fish or seafood at all) but seems like your able to get more than just that?
Assume you are treating this more like a complete rest from the gym while you are away?Hey Lewis, I’m not gonna lie the food has been a nightmare!! I love Japanese food in the U.K. but it’s different over here! Literally living off McDonald’s and Starbucks!! Yes complete rest from gym!! Can’t wait to get back!!
