You look great as a natural athlete you’ve done really well so I would suggest to keep pushing on for as long as possible if not forever!

Morning guys, had a busy day yesterday. Went to the gym in the evening and did a nice long rehab and stretching session which was great. I haven’t had much time lately to focus on that so it was good. Up early today for work in central, hoping to hit the gtm tonight!

Personally I would stick with Rohm labs and source the peptides from somewhere else.

Hey buddy, I use eggs and toast which is extremely fast to cook and to eat. Also overnight oats and whey is a good one. Protein Yoghurt and granola..

Hey buddy, as long as you are digesting the larger 4 meals per day then that’s totally fine. Personally for me I prefer more frequent smaller meals as it’s easier to digest. In terms of the sources of always prefer animal protein over anything else but I use whey for meals 2 times per day.

Hey buddy, personally 7/8 days off training is the max I like to do really. Physically and mentally I like to be back in the gym after that amount of days but it does all depend on your vacation plans. If I was spending 2 weeks travelling somewhere and moving around a lot then likely I wouldn’t train at all but if I’m going to be more static somewhere I’ll train.

Hi Erik, I think you will struggle to find product quality higher than ours as we try and focus hugely on super high quality ingredients. The better quality the ingredients are the better absorption your body will have.

Hey John, I can’t see a scenario where I would ever eat zero carbs. Doesn’t make sense to me at any time wether in prep, minicut, offseason, general life.

Hey buddy, if you are training 5/6 days per week personally I would use a bodypart split like a bro split, chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms. Another nice option would be Push Pull Legs. Realistically any plan will work just need to be consistently training hard.
