Good afternoon guys! Had a great push workout yesterday on the new training plan! Really happy with it so far! My chest and shoulders are sore today!! My legs are absolutely ruined today. Rest day so getting some calories in and hopefully some good rest so that I can smash push tomorrow before I fly out to japan!!

decided on any shows in 2020 seeing as some of the show dates have started to be released mate? or still unsure yet?

Huntsman! I’m not sure yet, it depends what the deal is with the 2bros if you have to do a regional before pro qualifier etc.. in an ideal world I would just do a few pro qualifiers late in the year. However if I have to do a regional first I will do the latest 2bros regional! What’s your plans?

yea that makes sense. at the minute I’m currently planned to do PCA qualifier in may. the body power show. it’s the last qualifier before the worlds. so hoping I can improve enough between now and then, to hopefully get a worlds invite (we shall see) and also of course the British invite for the October. however I wouldn’t mind giving a 2bros qualifier a shot later in the year. think the last one before the British is july?? again I’d have alot to improve, the standard of 2bros seems to be crazy (not a bad thing tho) [/quote]
I have to agree buddy!! Yes the last qualifier seems to be July so let’s see how we get on!!! Good luck for Bodypower!!!

Hey guys! We absolutely crushed legs at muscleworks orpington yesterday! We were joined by IFBB Pro Rhea Gayle who was giving me a run for my money on the weights!! Great session that we filmed for the site. James killed the hack squat which you will see in the video when it comes out! I literally had DOMs as soon as I walked out of the gym. Plus more quad cramps last night!! Feeing crippled today!!

    Hi Louis .
What’s your reasoning for coming off cycle buddy, how long had you blasted for. In the latest videos you seem bigger than ever so whatever you were doing was definitely working.

Hey! Me and James travelled to Romania, were then travelling to japan next week, then it’s my birthday weekend I have a few more trips planned and it’s Christmas so it’s just a very busy social time so my training and nutrition is not going to be 100% and I don’t like putting Anabolics in my body if everything isn’t structured properly. I was blasting for 4/5 weeks and I was making some really good progress. I will rest again now and re start in January.

  • Hi Adam, I personally have the same amount protein on rest days and training days. This is also needed for recovery. I do also count fat from beef.

Hey Sarah, as Clare says there are many benefits to having a coach. On a competitive level for sure! Having someone to make decisions for you can take a lot of stress out of the equation. However I do think it’s very important to have a healthy relationship with your coach. You have to trust them and always be on the same page. So I wouldn’t necessarily go with the coach who you think looks the best however the coach who has the same values and personality as yourself.

Thanks Louis. I so agree with you. I’ve had coaches in the past and haven’t gelled with them or feel like I trust their approach. How do I know if that’s me being too picky? How do I find the right coach? I’m a personal trainer which probably doesn’t help my cause. But it would be great to have someone do the thinking and planning for me in terms of diet and training. Hi Sarah,
I guess just find someone who’s approach is similar to yours and then go with it. You have to trust your coach and their approach so make that decision before you sign up. You can never be too picky when paying for a service.

Hey buddy, you don’t have to do cardio in the offseason. However I do like to do cardio year round. For me personally it allows me to get my head straight for the day. I get up get it done early, shower and eat and I feel fresh for the day. Also helps me with digesting food for the rest of the day. If I miss a days cardio I find that by meals 3/4 I am struggling to get them in. So in my opinion there are more pros than cons.

Good morning guys!! Had a good back workout with the big man yesterday! Threw in some calves and biceps too. In the process of getting the new training split from Jordan so it will be nice to get that and start something new! Training legs today at muscleworks orpington which should be good I’ve never trained legs there before! Is there any particular topic you guys want to have a discussion about today?

Genetics do play a strong part in this. Obviously leaning towards lower dosage cycles and staying away from less harsh drugs like Tren and Oxy will probably help as they’ll put a little less stress on your body. Do some research on Astragulus as a supplement. I have heard this can also help.

Good morning! Had a great chest and triceps workout yesterday. Started off a little weak and struggled to get a pump to begin with but once the sustain Intra carbs started flowing through the body the pump soon came! Strength was a little down but my bodyweight is also down and food hasn’t been as regular as id liked the past through days. Regardless we got the work done. Mangaged to get to bed early and fall asleep but woke up early hours of the morning then struggled to get back off. I done some abs in the gym yesterday and kept getting really bad cramps. Does anyone else find this happens?

Hi Buddy, I would start with increasing calories around training which personally for me is just pro carb meals. Then I would probably start increasing fats in breakfast And your last meal before bed.
