    Hey buddy, I personally would try not to let bodyfat get to out of hand however if I was every going to minicut it would be during a cruise period. I would always want calories high during cycle periods unless I’m On prep.

    Hi Scott, personally I never let my food get too untidy. In the offseason I will have a few meals a week but I’ll never let myself get really out of condiiton enough to warrant or need a tidy up. I usually cycle Anabolics for maybe 12 weeks and then cruise on a very low dose for 8 weeks and try and hold as much of that weight and strength as possible with the same baseline nutrition. Then when it’s time to go back on a cycle again I will increase my calorie intake every time I hit a plateau in terms of progressing on lifts in the gym or adding weight on the scales so The goal for me is to never let my bodyweight back off too much. Im a small bodybuilder so I always need to be progressing in terms of size if I was starting to lose too much weight and my lifts in the gym started to decrease that would be too unproductive.

    Hey buddy, I’m not a doctor in the slightest but I personally do not believe that using Anabolics will have negative effects on fertility. There are many pro bodybuilders and anabolic users that have a bunch of children! As haider said it’s probably person dependant, if you have any pre disposed issues they could potentially get worse.

    Good morning, just out doing some fasted cardio. Had a pretty decent sleep but still woke up tired. Got a really busy day at work so I’m not sure if I will even make it into the gym today! Let’s hope I’m not finished up too late! Still got a bit of a cold/manflu so hoping that disappears today. Going to prep a bunch of meals tonight to see me through the week. Do you guys cook meals fresh? Make meals for the day? Or Make meals for the whole week?

    I done first 2 comps this year stayed in air bnb for both, great to be settled for a couple days before but very expensive. Also both long drives 5hrs and 6.5hrs were horrible, so if I compete again will be in Bonnie Scotland.

    Hey buddy, thank you! Yes I’ve used air BNBs before for long travel shows and they aren’t bad. Obviously competing abroad too you have to do something like that! Local shows would be nice so I can stay in the comfort of my home! Not many big shows in london! I’ve always wanted to compete in Scotland!

    You could deplete glycogen faster than others so when you have large amounts it fills you out very well. The high sodium probably makes you a bit more vascular too.

    Hey guys!! Had such a busy weekend here in Romania! Finished late at the show last night then met up with Justin Compton and Chris Darby for some food which was great! Justin is such a cool dude!! Woke up early this morning and walked around town, grabbed some pancakes which were good then headed off to the airport. The plan is to go home and rest as I am feeling shattered. Get back in the gym tomorrow and see how we get on!!

    Good morning guys!! It’s show day for James in Romania!! Just getting him tanned again before we head to the venue. He is looking great by the way. Let’s hope he gets a good result! The line up is tough!! Haven’t been sleeping well here or eating loads so my cold/flu I had last week is creeping back in. Let’s hope it goes by the time I’m back in the U.K. as I’m excited to get back into training! I’m always interested to see what people’s routines etc are on show days so please comment below with what you guys usually do! For me I usually get up and take some pictures. Have a nice big triple coffee to try and help me process any food that I’ve eaten the day before leaving my mid section nice and empty for my vacuums. Then eat a meal which on show day is usually some rice, a few whole eggs and some Ricecakes. Then I sort my hair out pack my bag and head off to the venue. I’m not really a guy who likes to stay in hotels when I compete unless I’m competing abroad ofcourse. I would much rather get ready at home and head up the morning of the show even if it is literally a 4/5 hour drive! Do you guys prefer to stay close to the venue?

    Hey jazzmin! Firstly I would probably slowly taper the T3 out completely. Don’t cut it in one go but gradually pull it back until it’s completely out. I don’t really think it’s necessary. As Corinne has mentioned there is no set calorie intake for an given person. It’s extremely person dependant! If your consuming 1900 calories a day from a clean diet and you are being super strict on it then I personally would increase activity first. Keep the calories where they are and start doing more cardio. Hopefully this should see a reduction in weight. Then when you stop losing again I would either increase the activity slightly some more or pull some calories from the diet.

    Hey buddy, it’s terrible to hear what your experiencing. I am fortunate to have not had this problem. The first response from MyNameIsJeff looks very helpful. I would suggest keeping the skin very clean and take good care of it.

    Hey guys! Decided to come off cycle for now. I’ve got a lot of trips coming up before Xmas etc so I
    Have lowered test down to 125mg/ week and cut everything else out. I will carry this through Xmas and introduce a higher cycle in janauary. Out in Romania with James just letting my body rest. Not forcing in large amounts of food just eating as and when. Pretty chilled day today helping James get ready for tomorrow. Just watch the England rugby game at a local bar which was disappointing. Going to head out for a bit while James naps then we’re off to tan in the afternoon. Pro show starts 9am tomorrow and 5pm for finals. (We are 2 hours ahead from UK time). What are you guys upto this weekend?

    Hey buddy! I would deffo add some HIIT into your regime and just try and do as much cardio and as much variations of cardio as possible. It’s hard to prepare your body for something like that but the more you can do beforehand the better!

    Hi Guys,

    Flown out to Romania today with James as he’s competing in the pro show on Sunday! Probably take most of the weekend off training as my body is feeling a bit beat up. I will keep you updated on nutrition as we try and find supermarkets etc.

    Hi Adam, my height is around 5’8”-5’9”. If you mean Anabolics I do use them in the offseason and pre contest.

    Hey everyone! Fasted weight was 90.1kgs this morning. Been really ill the past few day. Got stuck at work today so had to train a little later. Arj jumped in for a bit then I finished off on my own. Really good chest session hit a PB on the new arsenal strength chest press which was 70kgs/ side for 12 reps. Not bad it’s going up slowly! Going to try and get some rest in this evening. Being unwell I really need to take a few days off.
