Home made pasta Bolognese, steak and chips, burgers, fajitas. The list is endless mate! If you cook it yourself it will be easier to track the calories and know what’s going in the food!

Hey Dan, I usually have 6-8 grinds of salt to each meal! That’s pretty high sodium! Are you using any salt on your meals now?

Hey buddy! They’re not super accurate but you can still get a good gauge off it. If you start getting a bit softer than your happy with then just increase that activity. If your not gaining any weight then reduce the steps!

Evening!! Work really got in the way of training today! Only managed to get 30 mins of back done which was disappointing but it happens from time to time!! Spending time with the family this evening and I’ll be back in tomorrow after work for chest and triceps! How do you manage training around work on long days?

Good afternoon!! Weighed 91.2kgs this morning so leaving out the cardio added a little weight back on! I did however struggle with digesting food a little so I will keep the cardio in and add some food. Had a great delt and bicep session early. Coming down with a little cold or something but it’s early days so I’m going to continue training for now and see how I feel. I’m also away all weekend so I’m going to try and have a full week training.

At the moment I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and I am carrying some body fat but not tremendous amounts!! When on a blast my main focus is to build muscle to I’d definitely be in a calorie surplus throughout.

Hey, it depends what your goal is and how your body is responding to that many steps. If your losing weight dramatically then probably cut the cardio down or eventually out. Goes hand in hand with how much food your consuming. You could always keep the cardio in and consume more calories to counter it.

Good evening! Woke up at 90.8kgs this morning so didn’t do any cardio. Going to slightly up food the next few days as weight is struggling to stay on me at this point and I want to keep progressing in the gym. Had a great leg session with the giant in the black hoodie. Felt much much stronger on our main compound movement of the day which was 4 squat managing 4 plates a side for a good 12 Reps. Struggling with 3.5 plates a side a few weeks ago on the last training cycle. Working this evening so hopefully won’t get in too late and get to bed early as possible.

I’d say around a month or so to let everything settle down.

Hey guys!! Rest day today! Much needed. Lost some weight overnight woke up 91kgs bang on so I think it’s time to push food up a little soon as I’ve lost a kilo or two the last few weeks for no reason really my body composition is changing but we need to keep pushing into a heavier state so Change is needed. Plan is to chill a bit today. See some family and friends, get some food in and get fuelled up for a big leg session tomorrow!! When do you guys decide when to push calories up or hold back during plateaus?

Good afternoon guys and girls!! Was due to hit legs today but after a deep tissue a few days ago my legs were a bit too battered so skipped to a chest and triceps workout. Biceps were noticeable effecting the workout. Lots of strain on them while lowering the bar on bench presses. Also front Delts were very tender!! I’ll make a note of this not to do it again or atkeast have a days rest inbetween. Still a good workout just focused on great pumps and squeezes. Going to take a rest day tomorrow.

Hey buddy, I doubt you’ll need a refeed 3 weeks into the diet. For me atleast 10/12 weeks down the line when my bodyfat is super low maybe then I would introduce some when needed. Are you using Anabolics? Post some pics so that we can see. Are you getting ready for a competition??
