Good morning everyone!! Had a great shoulder and bicep workout yesterday. Went to work after training and finished quite late. Managed to get all the meals in. Offseason seems to be going good so far. Out doing some fasted cardio now. Going to watch the England game then smash legs at kings. Got some family stuff on this evening and it’s a rest day tomorrow so looking forward to that! Is anyone down kings today??

Hi Derek, I’ve never owned one however I have heard the more expensive ones are the best. My friend bought one for £500 and is really happy with it. Just depends how much money you have available to spend.

Good morning! Had a phenominal chest and triceps workout yesterday. The pump with the new prepare was absolutely
Insane. I have a great connection with my pecs so I rarely have a bad chest workout. I was a bit late with food due to work after training so I was up pretty late getting the meals in. My digestion always suffers a little when I eat late or go to sleep on a full stomach. Going to hit back today at kings. Maybe have a day off tomorrow. What are you guys training today?

Hi Nick, thankfully I’ve never experienced any real tears or anything. I try and keep my form super strict and weight within reason. I would suggest resting it and when you do get back in Make sure you get the pec shoulders and triceps really warm before putting any load on them.

Morning guys! Out in the frosty park doing my fasted cardio! It’s very cold today and my leg doms are real! Managed to get a decent rest last night and slept ok. Woke up in the night for my last meal then went back to bed. Got some bits and bobs to do today then heading to the gym around lunchtime for chest and triceps!

Good afternoon, smashed legs with big man today! My lower back was a little iffy and my body is still feeling a bit beat up! We pushed on and got the work done. Blood glucose reading was low after training at 3.4 so the post workout cereal went in easily. 5iu of insulin with that meal and 60-90 mins later I already feel ready for my next meal. This happens often with back and leg workouts as they’re very demanding on the body. Hoping to rest as much as possible today before hitting chest tomorrow. Have a good evening guys!

Hey James/lou. I seen you used the liner hack squat in this video , what’s your thoughts on it. I use it all the time instead of normal hack as I find tension is 100% on the quads and not on the lower back. What u guys reakon?

Hi Dean, to be honest I wasn’t overly keen on it! It was the first time I had ever used one. It did hit the quad very hard but for me I felt a lot of pressure on the knee and the Seat was so short I felt like I was sliding out of it! Probably just because I’m not used to using one. I will definitely give it another go at some point but prefer normal hacks and leg presses for sure!!

Hi Lou. I prefer it as I feel it takes all weight of my lumbar[/quote]
Yes mate everyones biomechanics is different so different machines exercises hit our muscles and limbs differently! It’s good that you’ve got a great connection with it and able to stick to using that rather than following what others do! Shows your maturity in this game! ????????

Hi Geffry, sustanon also usually contains testosterone undecanoate which can take up to around 12 weeks to get out of the system however it is a very low dose within the sustanon. I’m the past I’ve used test e and usually only wait around 2 weeks to start a PCT. I am not a doctor though so Dean May be able to give you more specifics.

Hi Cris, it’s definitely your mind craving junk food and not your body. The Anabolics or PCT won’t effect these cravings. Although post show it’s probably not the best scenario to eat high calorie food dailt but it depends on your lifestyle. For me I have a lot of friends and family that I make sacrifices with during prep so post show I like to spend time and enjoy food with them. Like Kuba said it’s probably more of a portion control thing. You could stay in and cook nice off plan meals or if eating out keep the portions a little smaller than going all out and getting to the point where your uncomfortable and can’t breathe. I mean we’ve all been there but with more time and experience you tend to analyse the food more and become more aware of the types of calories your putting in and for me that’s helped me restrict my portions slightly.

Good morning, just out doing my fasted cardio. Wasn’t feeling very well yesterday so only managed to get around 3 meals in. Slept well but am still exhausted today. Going to get a few meals in get out to work then hit legs in the afternoon with james and the giant in the hoodie. Hopefully have a chilled one this evening to help recovery but depends on work ofcourse. Lost a little weight overnight due to lack of food I’m at around 91kgs fasted. Hopefully bring this back up in the next few days.

Hey buddy, I like to have my post workout carbs once my blood sugar level has dropped below 4.5. Then again around 2.5-3 hours later my blood sugar level will drop again below 4.5 and I will eat again. If your not hitting figures like these around these approximate timings your maybe consuming too many carbs post workout or your insulin sensitivity is a little of.
