Hey buddy, I always use Quaker Oats. I’ve tried many other brands over the years and I can’t get that nice creamy soft texture from any other brand apart from Quaker. However I do eat my oats raw with cold water like muesli. Yes wierd but it is with it is

I would keep cardio in and increase the food buddy. Make sure your progressing on lifts too. That’s more important than the scale weight. Keep the food clean too that will help you keep body fat down.

Hi Rakesh, my training doesn’t really change it’s my nutrition that I manipulate to change my level of body fat.

Good morning peoples! Just at work waiting for a bailiff to turn up to an eviction! Late as always! Trained late again yesterday and I felt very exhausted. I trained arms and I had a good workout but I did feel very tired probably due to the busy few days at work and the change in training times. Also trained alone the past few days. One more super busy day at work but it’s a rest day today so hopefully get some rest this evening and get myself prepared for a crazy leg session tomorrow with James!

What’s the reasoning behind the arm day Louis, is it an area you you want to bring up or is it just a mental break from the usual split.

Hey James, me and James are starting to feel like recovery hasn’t been that great lately. So we have cut arms from out push and pull workouts and given them a separate day so it’s kind of like an active rest day because arms doesn’t really tax the body like a push pull legs workout so yeah we’re Trying this to see if our recovery improves. What’s your split?

Hey buddy, as Clare mentions Haider will be able to give you first hand experience here. I would just say take it easy as recovery should be prioritised over getting back in the gym!

Hey buddy, give the nolvadex a go at a low dose and see if that helps. If it doesn’t then hit us back up.

Morning guys and girls! Out doing cardio in the rain! Had a busy day yesterday I had back to back repossessions all day to attend so trained late in the evening on my own. Felt shattered by the time I got the gym as used to training around lunchtime! We still got the work done, had a great back and rear Delt workout. Got another busy 2 days so going to be training alone again tonight. We have provisionally decided the new split which I have posted in my training plan on my log along with the provisional cycle we have just started. Any questions hit us up guys we’re here to help anyway we can.

Hi Andy, sometimes you get a little pain. As Kevin says if it lasts over a week get in contact with a doctor. Try and be accurate with your injections and try not to move the pin around in there too much during the injection.

Hi, I’ve never had any kind of IV treatment I don’t think they’re that beneficial when you can supplement these vitamins orally.

Hey buddy, have to agree with Clare. It’s not really relevant and most readings aren’t really accurate. Try and get to a point where your happy with your condition and then assess your goals from there!

Good morning everyone! Had a really good chest and shoulder workout at kings 2 yesterday. Managed to get some good rest in after stayed home and got some meal prep and paperwork done! We’re slightly adjusting our training split for recovery purposes and our cycles so we will keep you posted on what we finally decide to work with. Who’s training today?
