Hi Dean, I have personally experienced this and it was probably the hardest time in my life. I had to try and turn my emotions off and focus on the show or I would never have pushed myself to get in shape. Especially when your losing someone that has been there for you through the process before. It can be devastating at times I know. If it’s meant to be it will be if it’s not then just try your best to focus on the goal at hand and push towards that.

Good morning! Just out doing a fasted walk! Hitting push at kings mitcham lunchtime today! Excited as Push is probably my favourite workout. Feeling a little tired today and the leg DOM’s are bad felt like I was going to tear a quad putting my shoes on!

Hi Louis,
So I know you and the team preach get the most out of the least possible in terms of AAS but my question is what was your first cycle and if you could go back, would you do anything different?

Yes @louismoylan interested in what your thoughts are on the compound I’ve done some reading and it seems like a great offseason drug no aromatising sides ? Hard lean gains more potent than test they are comparing it to a primo or a masteron but stronger

Apologies! I got confused with DNP haha I’ve never used DHB I couldn’t even tell you what it is! It’s not very common in my area I know a lot of the guys further north of England have been using it!LouisMoylan

Hey buddy, I’m not tooo sure on the actual science behind it but for example someone like James who is 130kgs I’d lean muscle can cruise on 250mg of Test whereas someone like me who is only 80kgs of lean muscle would cruise on a lower dose of maybe 125mg which is just above natural. I guess you have to be honest with yourself and make a judgment based on that. The lower the better I would say!

Good morning guys!! Had a super busy day yesterday. Managed to get our arm workout in which was good! It felt very un natural at first however once we got into it it was fine! Went straight to work from the gym then home to eat then back out to work! Got all my 6 meals in by 10.30pm and went to be around 11pm. Stomach feels a bit better this morning I must have digested yesterday’s food a little better! Going to hit legs at kings Croydon today I think we’re filming with Chris for the site. Anything particular you guys want to see or want us to talk about? Hit me up below guys!

Good morning! Had a rest day yesterday which was well and truly needed! Going to hit PULL at kings mitcham today as the back equiptment there is spot on! Probably hit legs Thursday at Kings Croydon then have Friday off! Will be in kings all weekend if anyone is around?

Hi Louis!Been reading along your log, you can work on some low calories man, respect.
When it comes to arm days, I throw them in when i need to move my rest day around. I do Pull Push Rest Legs Rest repeat, but when I know I wont be able to train some day I might do Pull without bis, push without tris, arms, then rest, legs, then start my normal rotation again. Arm day doesn’t tax my recovery it seeems, so I feel it can be useful like that.
Also: I feel my stomach is full most mornings too, but that dissappears after I take a shit like an hour or two after waking lolHey buddy! Thank you!! Yes I agree I’ve been waking up really full and then I go out and do my fasted cardio come home and go to the loo and I’m fine after that!! Yes arms definitely doesn’t put the same stress on the body as say back or legs would! I’ve been so used to push pull legs for so long!!

I would say try and avoid drinking water around your meals. So 15 mins before and 15 mins after your meals avoid drinking any fluid. This will allow your food to digest a lot better. Drinking too much around these times will dilute your stomach acids which are needed to digest your foods.

James even carries a lot of water in his legs if his cardio is too high so if your pre contest just be aware of it and maybe also adjust the type of cardio your doing.

Hey buddy, I always swipe the vials with an alcohol wipe before use. Store in a cool dry place like a cupboard.
