Hi Tyler, I always have this problem. Especially when using clenbuterol I experience excruciating cramps and twitched. I try not to keep water too too high as it can flush a lot of vitamins and minerals out of your body. Also supplementing with magnesium and potassium. Keeping sodium high on all meals.

Hi Andrew, I personally usually keep water and sodium high all through peak week. Then I’ll load water heavy for a few days before the show then drop water and sodium the evening before the show. Keep carbs in. No water or sodium. Then add sodium back in 1-2 hours before I go on stage!!

Morning everyone! Getting the fasted cardio in. Me and James got a hot sports massage yesterday before we killed legs which absolutely beat us up!! Then we had a killer session after and it completely wiped me out for the entire rest of the day! Blood sugar was 2.9 after training!! Rested all evening but still quite tired today. Going to train push today and then have another rest day tomorrow. What are you guys training today? International chest day?!

Hey buddy, like Hilly said it could be a medical issue so definitely get it looked at by a doctor! What kinds of carb sources are you eating? You may have to find yourself keeping away from fast acting carbs as they tend to spike your insulin levels quite high and then drop quite low. You could also add a little healthy fat to your carb meals to lower the spike in insulin. Keeping your blood sugar levels at a steady state.

Change your sites buddy. The muscles need time to disperse the oil. Lats & Glutes I inject but I’ve never done high courses so not had to put much oil in me.

Good morning Guys! Just out doing some cardio. Great result for cbum in the classic! Dude looked awesome and so did Breone!! George looked insane too especially from the back but he’s a 212 in my opinion. Brandon looked great however I think Hadi should have taken it. Everything is crisp from the condition to the muscularity to the presentation. Really impressed with him. What’s your guys thoughts?

Hey Dean, obviously you always need to keep your pre and post workout meals around your training. Personally I would eat my carbs before and after training then taper them down as the day goes on if I’m training in the morning. If training later I would put the pro fat meals in earlier in the day to ensure all my carb meals are around my training.

Hey buddy, not too knowledgable on soy products to be fair but I do use a SKYR Yoghurt everyday and it’s a good source of protein and it sits well on my stomach.

Hi Raol, your approach looks pretty good to begin with. I would follow that for a week then adjust according to your weight and composition. If you feel like you need more increase it and keep increasing as you move forward.

Hey buddy, there’s plenty of healthy fats out there, my go to sources are:
Olive Oil, Nut Butter & Avocado.
I also like to replace my protein sources for ones that are slightly higher in fat like salmon and steak.
